Chapter 110 - Chapter 110: First Arrival in Asgard

"Susanoo!"

Su Xiuyu's voice rang out as the golden armor formed around him, his control precise and measured. This wasn't the virtual realm where he'd battled Dormammu—this was the real world. He couldn't afford to unleash a Susanoo several hundred meters tall without consequences. Even so, it still towered above the battlefield, radiating power.

The contrast was striking. The glowing golden Susanoo faced off against the gleaming silver Destroyer Armor, the two titans clashing in both color and aura.

Su Xiuyu raised a hand, and Susanoo mirrored the motion, forming a seal.

"Senjutsu: Fire Style – Great Fire Annihilation!"

A sea of flames burst into the sky, lighting up the heavens with destructive force. The inferno looked like it could scorch the world itself.

"Why is he aiming that at the sky?" someone murmured in confusion.

But Su Xiuyu had a plan.

The intense Senjutsu Fire Release quickly heated the upper atmosphere, forming dense cumulonimbus clouds. This was no accident—he was preparing the sky itself for a new technique. Holding Mjolnir in one hand, he infused it with natural lightning, while Susanoo's hand crackled with raw electric power. The combined forces lit up the sky, so bright that even looking up became impossible.

"Jarvis, can you still record this?" Tony asked.

"I'm sorry, sir. The current brightness exceeds optimal limits. The energy levels are off the charts. I suggest retreating from the battlefield."

The natural lightning in the sky, the Senjutsu Lightning Release from Susanoo, and the divine lightning brewing inside Mjolnir began to resonate. The three forces converged, forming a colossal Thunder Spear—the same size as Susanoo itself.

"Go!" Su Xiuyu roared.

With a thunderous crack, the hundreds-of-meters-long Thunder Spear launched forward, smashing into the Destroyer Armor. The explosion of light and energy was so intense that it literally dispersed the haze hanging over the ruined town.

When the smoke cleared, the Destroyer Armor was in pieces—completely obliterated.

So it could be done. Even without tapping into the power of the Six Paths, it was possible to overcome Uru metal, though it wasn't easy. Su Xiuyu couldn't help but acknowledge the Asgardian dwarves' craftsmanship—Uru was truly remarkable.

If he had used the Six Paths' power, the battle would've ended in seconds. But there was no need. In fact, Su Xiuyu could feel the power of thunder coursing through his body, stronger than ever. This victory had given him much more than he expected.

In terms of Ninjutsu, he had already reached a plateau. The Yin-Yang Release and Six Paths techniques still required more time and mastery, but his Otsutsuki bloodline ensured his strength would only grow with time. For now, however, embracing the power of the Aesir was a good way to break through his current limits.

Even though he was still learning Kamar-Taj's magic, which made his focus feel a bit scattered, Su Xiuyu wasn't in a rush. He had a long life ahead of him—there was plenty of time to blend and integrate all his powers.

In most cases, the spells of Kamar-Taj and Ninjutsu served similar purposes—one borrowed external power, while the other drew from internal strength. Su Xiuyu had already learned how to cast Kamar-Taj spells using chakra.

Now, he was focused on strengthening his physical body—something the Otsutsuki clan traditionally neglected. Combined with his innate self-healing abilities, this created a synergy that made him stronger than ever.

In truth, his growth wasn't surprising. His system had allowed him to absorb energy and skills across multiple worlds, and now, that investment was paying off.

---

"Yo, brother! Finally done?" Tony called out, stepping over the scorched ground. "The whole town's toast, y'know."

Thor stared in silence—not at the destruction, but at Mjolnir, still in Su Xiuyu's hand. He looked devastated, clearly waiting for the hammer to return to him.

Su Xiuyu floated down, releasing a breath. "Alright, it's over."

He collected the remnants of the Destroyer Armor, confirming its core had been thoroughly destroyed. Then, he turned to Tony and Coulson.

"Tony, you and Coulson handle the aftermath. I'm heading to Asgard with Thor."

"Wait, what?" Tony blinked. "You're not taking me with you? That's an alien planet, man. A real one!"

Su Xiuyu shrugged. "We're visiting someone's home, Tony. It's only polite to get permission."

He turned to Thor. "You did clear this with your people, right?"

Thor looked apologetic. "Sorry, Tony. Asgard's… not in a state to receive guests right now. Su Xiuyu and I agreed on this beforehand."

Truthfully, Mjolnir was still attuned to Su Xiuyu, and Thor couldn't afford to cause friction with him. Not when Asgard was already unstable.

Su Xiuyu gave Tony a reassuring smile. "Don't worry. I'll bring you back some souvenirs."

"Alright, deal." Tony grinned, letting it go—for now.

Then, Su Xiuyu handed Mjolnir back to Thor. As soon as the hammer touched his palm, Thor let out a deep breath, visibly relieved. Still, the lightning he had just witnessed from Susanoo… it far surpassed anything he could do himself.

He wasn't a fool. That golden giant's power? It reminded him of his father's divine lightning.

Although Thor didn't understand how such a powerful being existed in Midgard, he was still grateful. From the very beginning, Su Xiuyu had helped him.

---

"Heimdall!" Thor shouted.

A beam of rainbow light from the Bifrost descended, bathing them in its glow. When the light faded, only a scorched pattern remained on the ground.

During the brief moment of teleportation, Su Xiuyu glanced at Thor.

"Are you sure you're not forgetting something?"

Thor raised a brow. "Everyone's here. What do you mean?"

"Jane."

Thor scratched his head. "Why? Jane and I are just… friends, right?"

Su Xiuyu blinked. "Huh. Did I just mess up your love story?"

No Jane, no romance, no Love and Thunder?

…Eh. It didn't matter. Thor's real love story was clearly with Loki anyway.

---

They arrived in Asgard—and the throne room.

And there he was.

Loki, seated on the throne, holding Gungnir with a smug expression.

"Su Xiuyu," Thor began, stepping forward, "this is between me and my brother. You don't need to get involved."

Su Xiuyu nodded. "Relax. I'm just here to pay respects to your father. Whatever dispute you two have, I'm staying out of it."

Loki visibly relaxed. The truth was, he couldn't see through Su Xiuyu's power. The man made him uneasy. Even with the Destroyer destroyed, Loki wanted to avoid conflict at all costs.

"My stupid brother…" Loki hissed.

"Loki," Thor said, stepping closer, "if you want the throne, I'll ask Father to give it to you. You don't have to do this. You'll only break Mother's heart… and Father's too."

"Shut up!" Loki snarled, his voice sharp. "They're not my parents! You think you deserve the throne? I'm the true king of Asgard!"

The jealousy, the resentment, the pain—they all boiled to the surface.

Especially after learning he was a Frost Giant.

From behind the throne, a voice echoed in the dark.

"Loki, kill them—and you shall become the true emperor."

Emerging from the shadows was none other than Laufey, King of the Frost Giants.

---------------------------------

"Loki, you're colluding with the Frost Giants? What the hell are you thinking?"

Thor's eyes flared with rage as he spotted Laufey. To him, it looked like Loki had betrayed Asgard. Enraged, he raised Mjolnir and charged.

"Let me knock some sense into you!" he shouted, ready to strike Loki with the full force of his hammer.

But before the blow could land, Loki thrust the Spear of Eternity straight into Laufey's chest.

Laufey's eyes widened in disbelief. His own flesh and blood... stabbing him? His expression flickered with confusion, betrayal—and oddly, a hint of peace.

So this is how it ends.

With the Frost Giant King dead, the invasion was over. Asgard was safe. Laufey's final thought was that maybe, just maybe, this was for the best. If Loki inherited the throne, perhaps Asgard and Jotunheimr could be united in blood, if not in peace.

Maybe I've won, Odin.

Thor, stunned, lowered Mjolnir.

"Loki, what did you just do?" he shouted. "You killed him!"

The two brothers clashed immediately, weapons colliding as emotions boiled over.

While they fought, Su Xiuyu crouched beside Laufey. Calmly, he placed a hand on the Frost Giant King's chest and channeled his Yang Release.

He wasn't trying to be a hero. In fact, he was just curious. He wanted to see Loki's reaction if his father suddenly turned out to be alive.

Unfortunately, Su Xiuyu underestimated the destructive power of the Spear of Eternity. Even with his healing technique, Laufey's wounds were too deep. Though he was technically alive, his consciousness was gone—he wouldn't be waking up anytime soon.

"Hmph. So it is worthy of the name Spear of Eternity. Even someone like Loki could unleash this much power," Su Xiuyu muttered.

Not that it mattered to him whether Laufey lived or died—it was just an experiment.

If Odin had wielded the spear instead, there wouldn't even be a body left to heal.

Su Xiuyu looked over at Sif and the Warriors Three, who stared at him in confusion and suspicion.

"Don't look at me like that. He's Loki's biological father. I figured Loki might regret it someday," he said casually, offering them a half-truth.

In truth, Su Xiuyu wasn't sure if Loki would feel remorse. Laufey had shown him a shred of kindness. But Loki—the God of Mischief—was complex. Twisted. A creature born of pain, pride, and a desperate need to matter.

An evil, rebellious, pitiful child.

"What? Loki is Laufey's son?" Sif gasped.

The revelation hit them hard. They had always thought Loki was just jealous of Thor's succession, throwing tantrums to get attention. But now it made sense—Loki wasn't Odin's son at all.

No wonder he acted out.

The truth changed everything.

None of them questioned Su Xiuyu's decision to heal Laufey any further.

At that moment, Su Xiuyu felt the familiar pulse of the system.

System: Exogenous special blood detected — Frost Giant lineage.

Traits: Extreme cold resistance, ice manipulation, moderate frost immunity.

Would you like to purify the blood?

Surprised, Su Xiuyu raised an eyebrow. The system can purify bloodlines directly now? Is this for optimization… or something else?

"Purify it," he said silently.

Laufey's body vanished into Su Xiuyu's virtual world.

---

Meanwhile, Thor and Loki continued to clash, sparks and lightning flying. Thor held back, unwilling to hurt his brother. But Loki fought with the ferocity of someone with nothing left to lose—wielding Gungnir, Odin's eternal spear.

"Loki, stop this! You don't have to do this!"

"You don't understand!" Loki spat. "You were born with everything. The throne was always yours. Odin never even considered me."

"That's not true! He loves you, Loki—"

"Don't talk to me about him!" Loki roared, the memory of Odin's disappointed gaze haunting him.

"And what about Mother?" Thor asked quietly. "You don't trust Father—fine. But do you doubt her love too?"

That stopped Loki cold.

His grip on the spear loosened.

Thor exhaled in relief, thinking Loki was finally coming around.

But he was wrong.

Without warning, Loki lunged forward and drove two daggers into Thor's side.

If Su Xiuyu had seen it, he would've made some snide remark about Thor's kidneys being abnormally sturdy—especially since Loki always seemed to aim for them.

Even so, no matter how many times Loki hurt him, Thor always treated him like a beloved brother.

Or maybe... like a lost first love.

"Loki!" Thor gasped, stumbling.

"You love that pathetic little world, don't you?" Loki sneered. "That fragile little Midgard. Let me destroy it in front of you!"

With that, he struck down Heimdall and activated the Rainbow Bridge—fully powered, and locked onto Earth.

"No!" Thor cried. He hurled Mjolnir with all his strength, slamming it into Loki and sending him flying.

But the Rainbow Bridge was already activated, energy surging violently as it prepared to fire.

Thor raced to the controls, trying to shut it down—but it was too late.

"Loki, are you insane?! Billions of lives—!" Thor's voice cracked.

Loki laughed from the ground, bruised and bleeding. "Your precious courtyard... that girl you love... all of them. Gone."

Thor clenched his fists. Memories of Earth, of the people who helped him, the lessons he'd learned, and his father's words all came rushing back.

This... this is why Odin said I wasn't ready to be king.

"Loki, I'll deal with you later."

Raising Mjolnir, he summoned the full force of his thunderous might—and brought it crashing down on the Rainbow Bridge.

The bridge shuddered violently. A wave of destructive energy exploded, severing the connection just in time. The threat to Earth was averted.

The vibrant colors of the Rainbow Bridge dimmed, fading to gray.

Su Xiuyu, standing off to the side, had been prepared to intervene. If Thor had been a second too slow, he would've shattered the bridge himself.

Honestly, even if the blast had reached Earth, the magical defenses of Kamar-Taj would've likely held. The Ancient One was no amateur, unlike her future successor.

Still, it hadn't come to that.

Thor exhaled in relief.

Then his eyes widened—Loki was falling.

"No—Loki!" Thor dove after him.

Just as Loki slipped into the abyss, a hand reached out. The Spear of Eternity stretched like a staff, caught by both brothers. Thor clung to it. Loki, barely hanging on, looked up.

At the top, Odin and Su Xiuyu stood together, each holding part of the extended spear.

"Don't keep making your poor father worry like this," Su Xiuyu said with a tired sigh.

If it were up to him, he would've smacked both of them. One son was strong but hopelessly naive. The other, cunning yet utterly lost in his own lies.

"Father... goodbye," Loki whispered.

And then he let go.

He fell into the abyss beneath the shattered Rainbow Bridge.

"No... Loki!!"

Thor's anguished cry echoed across the ruins.
