U.A. High...

Cafeteria...(Afternoon)

The cafeteria buzzed with noise—

Clattering trays, overlapping conversations, laughter echoing off high ceilings.

Students from every department filled the space.

At one of the long tables sat Class 1-A.

Izuku Midoriya—

Who had just been elected Class Representative by anonymous vote—

Sat stiffly, still trying to process what had happened.

Across from him,

Iida sat ramrod straight, glasses reflecting the cafeteria lights.

"...."

He had been absolutely certain he would win.

After all…

He had voted for Izuku.

Unfortunately—

No one else had voted for him.

Not even himself.

Now he sat there, posture perfect, soul quietly shattered.

Uraraka, trying to ease the mood, leaned forward.

"...."

"Midoriya-kun, um… how's your mom doing? We saw the news she was at the scene last night…"

Izuku brightened immediately.

"S-She's okay!"

He said quickly.

"She was really scared, but Ra-One-sensei arrived before anything bad could happen."

Relief rippled through the group.

"That's good,"

Asui said calmly.

"Yeah… that could've been bad,"

Kirishima added.

As Izuku continued explaining, his eyes drifted—

"...."

And stopped.

Near the far side of the cafeteria,

Rudra had just arrived.

Still in teacher attire.

A crisp, full-sleeve formal shirt—

Sleeves folded neatly to his forearms.

A loose red tie, slightly undone.

Calm posture.

Effortless presence.

The lunch Rush waved him through with smiles.

"Extra egg today, Professor!"

One of them said, giving a thumbs-up.

Rudra nodded in thanks, took his tray,

-Nod

"...."

And sat alone at an empty table.

Izuku swallowed.

-Gulp

"I—uh—excuse me for a second,"

He said, standing abruptly.

The rest of the table watched him go, curious.

"...."

"...."

"...."

At Rudra's Table...

Izuku stopped in front of Rudra's table, fidgeting.

"G-Good afternoon, Ra-One-sensei!"

Rudra raised an eyebrow slightly… then nodded.

-Nod

"Afternoon, Midoriya."

That alone made Izuku's heart race.

"...."

Izuku bowed deeply.

"Th-Thank you, sir! For saving my mother yesterday! I—I don't know what would've happened if you hadn't arrived!"

Rudra paused mid-bite.

"...."

For a moment,

He simply looked at Izuku.

Then he smiled.

Not the smile of a celebrity hero—

But of someone who genuinely believed what he was about to say.

He reached out and placed a firm, reassuring hand on Izuku's shoulder.

"This is what a hero is supposed to do,"

Rudra said calmly.

"Protect people. No matter who they are."

Izuku nodded rapidly, eyes shining.

-Nod

"Y-Yes, sir!"

He bowed again—

Too fast, too deep—

And practically fled back to his table, face burning red, unsure how to continue the conversation.

Rudra watched him go,

A quiet chuckle escaping his lips.

-Chuckle

"So awkward…"

He murmured.

He took another bite of his food, eyes following Izuku—

"...."

The nervous, muttering, notebook-obsessed kid.

'This one…This nerd…'

Rudra's gaze softened.

'He'll become the Symbol of Peace for his own hero.'

Even All Might didn't know how much Izuku will change in future.

Rudra leaned back slightly, satisfied.

The future was already walking these halls.

Izuku had barely rejoined his friends when—

WEEOOO—

WEEOOO—WEEOOO!

The emergency alarm blared across the entire campus.

Students froze.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Then—

Panic.

"What's happening?!"

"Is it an attack?!"

"Villains?!"

Chairs scraped violently.

Trays clattered to the floor.

Hundreds of students surged toward the exits at once,

Turning the cafeteria into a chaotic flood.

Even faculty members stiffened.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Across campus,

Principal Nezu, who had been peacefully watching Animal Planet,

Nearly spilled his tea.

"...."

"…Oh my,"

He muttered.

At the cafeteria—

Rudra's eyes narrowed sharply.

-Frown

'So it begins,'

He thought.

'The canon has started.'

Without hesitation,

He stood and moved swiftly—

"...."

Cutting through the chaos with precise steps—

Heading toward the administrative wing,

Where the student records and U.A.'s upcoming curriculum data were stored.

If something went wrong today…

That information would be a prime target.

Cafeteria...

Student Side...

Izuku's heart pounded as he realized what was happening.

"It—it's the press!"

He shouted, recognizing the commotion on the security screens.

"They breached the gates!"

But panic drowned him out.

Students kept pushing.

Someone nearly fell.

And then—

THUMP!

Tenya Iida launched himself upward with a powerful kick,

Landing atop the cafeteria doorway like a disciplined sentinel.

He raised both arms, chopping the air sharply.

"EVERYONE—PLEASE REMAIN CALM!"

His voice boomed with authority.

"This is NOT a villain attack!"

"The security breach is caused by members of the PRESS!"

"There is NO immediate danger!"

The crowd hesitated.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Then slowed.

Whispers replaced screams.

Bakugo scoffed.

-Tch

"Tch. Idiots…"

Uraraka let out a breath she hadn't realized she was holding.

Izuku stared up at Iida, relief flooding him.

Outside the Cafeteria...

Multiple pro heroes and teachers—

Including Nezu himself—

Moved swiftly toward the front gates to confront the intruders.

Reporters shouted questions.

Cameras flashed.

-Flash -Flash

Security drones hovered aggressively.

"THIS IS A RESTRICTED ZONE!"

"STEP BACK IMMEDIATELY!"

Nezu adjusted his tie calmly.

"Honestly,"

He sighed,

-Sigh

"humans do get excitable."

Elsewhere —

Administrative Wing...

Rudra reached the secured corridor.

His presence alone steadied the air.

If anyone thought of exploiting today's chaos—

They would regret it.

Very soon.

U.A. High Front Gate...

Aizawa stood before the press like a wall of pure irritation.

His capture weapon snapped outward,

The fabric cracking like a whip as it slammed into the ground inches from a cameraman's feet.

"Back. Away. Now."

The reporters froze.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Cameras lowered.

Microphones trembled.

"This is a school,"

Aizawa continued coldly, tired eyes burning with authority.

"Not your playground. Not your news farm. You crossed a line."

One reporter swallowed.

-Gulp

"W-We just want confirmation about All Might and Ra-One—"

Aizawa's scarf twitched.

-Twitch

"Leave,"

He said flatly.

"Or I'll make sure you never get clearance near U.A. again."

Security drones shifted into attack-ready positions.

That was enough.

The press retreated, grumbling, cameras off.

Administrative Records Wing...

Silence.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Absolute silence.

Inside the darkened records room,

Rudra stood motionless,

His back pressed lightly against the corner wall.

He had already killed the lights.

The only illumination came from thin strips of emergency glow along the floor—

Barely enough to outline shelves packed with classified files.

'Come,'

He thought calmly.

'You're late.'

Then—

Footsteps.

Careful.

Uneven.

Nervous.

Rudra's gaze sharpened.

The door clicked softly.

-Click

It opened just enough for a figure to slip inside.

The door closed again.

The intruder exhaled shakily.

-Sigh

Rudra didn't move.

The figure hurried toward one of the shelves,

Hands trembling as they pulled out a folder marked:

USJ — TRAINING SCHEDULE / STAFF DEPLOYMENT

The intruder flipped through the pages desperately.

Routes.

Timings.

Teacher assignments.

A phone was pulled out.

The camera flashed silently as pictures were taken—

One after another.

The thumb hovered over the send button.

And then—

"...."

A hand snapped out of the darkness.

GRAB.

The phone stopped mid-air.

The intruder froze.

"...."

Slowly—

Terrified—

He turned his head.

Red light flared.

Two crimson, gleaming eyes ignited beneath a shadowed hood.

Ra-One stood inches away.

Silent.

Immovable.

Unforgiving.

"...!"

The color drained from Yuga Aoyama's face.

His knees locked.

His breath hitched.

"I—I—! I can explain!"

He stammered, voice cracking.

"I-It's not what it looks like! I was just—just—!"

His words tangled over each other as panic took hold.

The red glow reflected in his wide, terrified eyes.

Ra-One didn't speak.

"...."

Didn't need to.

The silence was heavier than any shout.

Aoyama's hands shook violently as he searched for an excuse—

Any excuse—

That could save him.

But none came.

The light at Aoyama's navel belt flared suddenly—

Bright, unstable.

Panic.

Instinct.

His body reacted before his mind could catch up.

But—

"Don't."

Ra-One's voice was low.

Calm. Absolute.

Not loud.

Not threatening.

Yet it froze Aoyama completely.

"...."

The glow flickered… then dimmed.

Aoyama's shoulders sagged.

His head lowered slowly,

As if the weight of everything he had done finally crushed him.

Guilt.

Shame. Fear.

"...."

"I… I didn't want this…"

He whispered, voice trembling.

"I didn't want to betray anyone…"

His hands clenched into fists.

"How do I face you… Sensei?"

"How do I face my friends… after this?"

Tears welled in his eyes.

"...."

"I just wanted to save my parents…"

He said brokenly.

"They're being watched. Every move… every breath. The villain who gave me this quirk—he's always watching."

His voice dropped to a whisper.

"I was… quirkless."

The confession hung heavy in the dark room.

"...."

Ra-One said nothing.

He simply took the phone from Aoyama's shaking hand.

He looked at the screen.

The Send icon was still untouched.

The data—

USJ schedules.

Student deployment.

Teacher rotations.

Not yet delivered.

Aoyama looked up, confused.

Then—

Tap.

Ra-One pressed SEND.

The message went through.

-DING...

Delivered.

Aoyama's breath caught in horror.

"...."

"W-Why—?!"

Ra-One calmly shared the sent contact to his own device.

Then he looked at Aoyama.

"This way,"

He said.

With a flick of his wrist,

Red Brahmāstra cubes materialized in the air, snapping together with sharp metallic clicks.

They wrapped around Aoyama's wrists—

Forming energy cuffs, warm but unbreakable.

Aoyama flinched—

But did not resist.

Ra-One turned toward the door.

"Follow me."

No anger.

No explanation.

That silence was worse than any punishment.

Aoyama obeyed his head hung down.

"...."

Steps heavy.

The corridors were quiet now.

Too quiet.

Students were back in class.

Teachers had resumed order.

Only the soft hum of U.A.'s systems accompanied their footsteps.

Aoyama walked behind Ra-One, every step feeling like a march toward judgment.

-Thud. -Thud.

-Thud. -Thud.

Toward exposure.

Toward the truth.

And toward the people he had endangered.

The principal's office door loomed ahead.

Ra-One stopped.

Raised his hand.

-KNOCK

And knocked.

There was no response from inside.

Rudra waited a second longer—

Then calmly opened the door.

The office was empty.

Principal Nezu hadn't returned yet.

Rudra turned slightly.

"Aoyama,"

He said evenly.

"Go inside. Sit down. Wait here."

Aoyama stiffened.

"...."

His heart dropped straight into his stomach.

'This is it,'

He thought.

'I'm finished. Arrested. Expelled. My future… gone.'

His legs trembled as he stepped into the office.

Before Rudra turned away,

He added one last sentence—

Quiet, but firm.

"I will protect your parents."

Aoyama froze.

"...."

His eyes widened in disbelief.

"…R-Really?"

He whispered.

Rudra didn't turn back.

"Yes."

The door closed softly behind Aoyama.

-Click

Left alone, tears finally spilled down Aoyama's cheeks.

He clasped his cuffed hands together, shaking.

"Thank you…"

He whispered to the empty room.

Front Grounds...

Rudra moved through the campus with steady steps.

Near the gates,

Nezu stood speaking with the police sheriff,

Calmly explaining the breach and assuring him U.A. had the situation under control.

Rudra didn't interrupt.

He simply raised a hand and made a subtle gesture.

Nezu noticed instantly.

"...."

His ears twitched.

-Twitch

"…I believe that will be all,"

Nezu said politely to the sheriff.

"U.A. will handle the rest."

The officers nodded and departed.

-Nod

Nezu turned and trotted over.

"Something serious, I presume?"

He asked, eyes sharp.

Rudra nodded once.

-Nod

"Very."

Principal's Office...

Moments later,

Nezu, All Might, and Aizawa entered together.

"...."

"...."

"...."

The door shut behind them.

Rudra stood near the desk, posture straight.

Aoyama sat rigidly in the chair—

Hands cuffed with glowing red Brahmāstra restraints—

Head bowed, eyes red and wet.

Nezu took one look and understood.

"…I see,"

He said softly.

All Might's eyes widened.

"...."

"A student…?"

Aizawa's expression hardened instantly.

Rudra spoke calmly, without embellishment.

"Aoyama Yuga breached the records room during the alarm. He photographed the USJ training schedule and attempted to send it to an external contact."

All Might clenched his fists.

"...."

Aizawa's scarf twitched.

Nezu listened without interrupting.

"He was acting under coercion,"

Rudra continued.

"His parents are under villain surveillance. The quirk he possesses was granted. He was originally quirkless."

Silence fell like a weight.

"...."

"...."

"...."

All Might looked away, jaw tight.

"…All For One,"

He muttered he immediately guessed who it was.

Aizawa exhaled slowly, anger mixing with exhaustion.

"...."

Nezu stepped forward, hopping onto his desk, eyes calm—

But calculating.

"And the message?"

Nezu asked.

Rudra met his gaze.

"I allowed it to be sent."

-Cough

"I mean I send it..."

All Might snapped his head up.

"You what?!"

Aizawa's eyes narrowed dangerously.

-Frown

"...."

Rudra didn't flinch.

"I copied the contact, traced the route, and now we know exactly who is listening."

Nezu's eyes gleamed.

"…A controlled leak,"

He murmured.

Rudra nodded.

-Nod

"And I will ensure the parents are protected."

Aoyama finally broke.

"I'm sorry,"

He sobbed.

"I didn't want anyone hurt… I just didn't want my parents to die…"

The room stayed silent.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Then Nezu spoke—

Gentle, but absolute.

"You did wrong, Aoyama. But you were stopped and brought to the right place… before it was too late."

He looked at Rudra, then at All Might and Aizawa.

"...."

"It seems,"

Nezu said softly,

"that today we uncovered something far more important than a press breach."

Aizawa crossed his arms.

"So what's the plan?"

Rudra's red eyes glowed faintly beneath the hood.

-Gleam

"We turn USJ into a trap."

The air shifted.

All Might smiled grimly.

"…We can't put students in danger."

Meanwhile...

Jaku Hospital...

Quirk Testing Room...

The room was bright.

Sterile.

Reassuring.

A small boy—

No older than five—

Sat nervously on the examination chair, swinging his legs.

"Go on,"

Dr. Garaki said warmly, adjusting his glasses.

"Sing for me."

The child took a breath and began humming a soft melody.

Within seconds,

The air itself seemed to grow heavy.

The nurse by the wall yawned.

The boy's mother blinked slowly.

Even the monitoring equipment hummed at a lower pitch.

By the time the song ended,

Everyone in the room felt drowsy.

Garaki clapped gently.

-Clap -Clap

"Wonderful,"

He said with a grandfatherly smile.

"A very useful quirk. You did very well."

He reached into his coat pocket and handed the child a piece of candy.

The boy beamed.

"Thank you, Grandpa Doctor!"

The parents bowed repeatedly,

Thanking him as they escorted their son out.

The door slid shut.

Click.

The smile vanished.

"...."

Not faded.

Vanished.

Garaki turned slowly back to the desk, his eyes flat and calculating.

He opened the child's file.

Name circled in red ink.

A candidate.

A resource.

He hummed to himself softly as he placed the file into a separate drawer.

Then—

-Buzz.

His phone vibrated.

"...."

Garaki glanced at the screen.

Sender: Aoyama Yuga

He opened the message.

Images loaded one by one.

USJ layouts.

Student groupings.

Teacher assignments.

Garaki's lips curled upward.

A cruel chuckle escaped him—

-Kuku

"...."

Low, satisfied.

"So obedient,"

He murmured.

"Fear is such an effective motivator."

He opened his laptop and transferred the images carefully,

Labeling the folder with methodical precision.

Then he dialed a number.

The call connected instantly.

"Kurogiri,"

Garaki said calmly.

"Pick this up."

The air behind him warped.

A black mist portal bloomed silently, swallowing light.

From within, a pale hand emerged.

Garaki placed the laptop into it.

The hand withdrew.

The portal closed without a sound.

"...."

Garaki leaned back in his chair, fingers steepled.

"Everything is in motion now,"

He whispered.

"U.A. will be tested."

His eyes drifted to the drawer holding the circled name.

"And so will the next generation."

The fluorescent lights buzzed on overhead.

Outside, children laughed in the hallway.

Unknown Bar...

League of Villains Hideout...

The air rippled.

A black mist portal opened near the broken table.

Kurogiri stepped through, calm and composed, a laptop held carefully in one hand.

He placed it on the table before Tomura Shigaraki.

"The data from U.A.'s USJ training,"

Kurogiri said.

"Directly sourced."

Shigaraki didn't touch it.

He crouched near the table instead, fingers twitching, hands scraping against his neck as he leaned in to look at the screen.

Routes.

Schedules.

Student groupings.

Teacher assignments.

His eyes widened.

A grin split his face—

-Grin

Wide, crooked, childish.

"Hehehe…"

"He's going to be there…"

His voice trembled with excitement.

"ALL MIGHT."

He began scratching harder, nails digging into his skin.

-Scrach -Scrach

"I'll kill him,"

Shigaraki blurted out happily, like a kid talking about a new toy.

"I'll let the Nomu tear him apart. I'll watch him scream. I'll watch him die."

He laughed—

-HAHAHAHA!!!

High-pitched and unsteady.

"I'll ruin him. I'll ruin everything he stands for!"

Kurogiri stood silently, mist swirling.

"...."

Behind them, in the darkened chamber beyond the bar, machinery hummed.

The life-support capsule glowed faintly.

Inside it, All For One listened.

"...."

He said nothing.

Then—

A slow, deliberate nod.

-Nod

Satisfied.

"Good,"

His distorted voice echoed softly through the speakers.

"Everything is proceeding exactly as planned."

Shigaraki froze for a moment—

"...."

Then grinned wider.

-Grin

"Yes, Sensei…!"

All For One's unseen gaze lingered on the data.

On U.A.

On All Might.

On the battlefield about to be shaped.

What Shigaraki didn't realize—

"...."

"...."

"...."

What none of them realized—

Was that the information they held was not a victory.

It was bait.

And the trap was already closing.

Nagano...

SHIELD Hero Agency Construction Site...

Steel frames rose against the cold mountain air as construction continued around the future hero agency.

Workers moved efficiently, sparks flying as welders sealed beams into place.

Inside a temporary command office a tent,

Gwen stood beside a large window, tablet in hand,

While Layla reviewed blueprints on a holographic display.

Gwen's device chimed.

"...."

An encrypted message.

She glanced at the sender and immediately straightened.

"…Rudra,"

She murmured since they have graduated Rudra asked them to call him by his name which both of them gradually accepted.

She opened the message.

"...."

A single unknown number.

No explanation needed.

Gwen nodded once.

-Nod

"Got it. Simple enough."

She placed the tablet down,

Sat at her desk, and opened her laptop.

Her eyes shimmered faintly as her Technopathy activated.

Screens lit up around her.

Network lines.

Call routing paths.

Medical databases.

Government registries.

Her fingers didn't touch the keyboard.

The data moved because she willed it to.

Within minutes, firewalls folded like paper.

Records surfaced.

Connections aligned.

Layla glanced over.

"That fast?"

Gwen hummed.

"They always think they were invisible."

A final profile locked into place on the main screen.

Gwen's expression hardened.

"…Found him."

She forwarded the data instantly.

U.A. High...

Rudra's device vibrated softly.

-DING...

He opened the message from Gwen.

Caller Identified

Name: Kyudai Garaki

Affiliation: Jaku Hospital

Position: Chairman / Owner

Public Image: Renowned Quirk Specialist

Status: CLEAN (on record)

Rudra's eyes narrowed.

-Frown

"...."

Garaki.

The name settled heavily in his mind.

'So it's you,'

He thought.

Gwen's follow-up message arrived.

"He's buried deep. Legit records everywhere. Too clean. If he's involved in anything illegal then he must have a heavy backer."

Rudra exhaled slowly.

That explained the Nomu.

The quirk transfers.

The children.

He already knew this guy was a villain but he never thought he would be connected this early to the canon.

"Good work,"

He sent back.

"Stay alert."

Another message followed—

Short, firm:

"You must move carefully from here."

Rudra looked out over the U.A. grounds, students laughing in the distance—

Unaware of how close the storm was.

Garaki.

Jaku Hospital.

USJ.

The pieces were finally aligning.

And when the board was complete—

Rudra would flip it.

No he is going to flip it soon he wont hesitate for saving the canon.
