"I know you are mad at me and you hate me and..."
"You know I hate you and you still had to show up in my office… Do you know what I do to people whom I hate? I put a bullet through their head…" her tone was so cold, no single emotion in it. Chane couldn't believe how this woman had changed in a short period.
This woman was once obsessed over him.
"Get out of my office, you have nothing reasonable to say," she said and pulled out the file Stella had dropped on her table, putting it in her bag.
"Danelle please, at least hear me out…" he clasped his hands together and then she burst out into a big laugh.
"Hear you out? What's there to hear you out? Okay, speak, I'm listening..." she said and chane swallowed into nothing, as he wiped the bead of sweat rolling off his forehead.
"I know I hurt you and I take responsibility for that… I'm sorry, I'm sorry for the pain I caused you… and..."
