"Did you have Chane bailed out?" He asked as he dropped his phone on the table. And Danelle glared at him with a confused look.
"Why would I want him bailed?" She asked and he scoffed.
"You argued with me last night about why I had him arrested and today he's been bailed out…"
"I had nothing to do with it…"
"Oh, it's a coincidence, right? You expect me to believe that?" He asked and Danelle who looked fed up stood up at once.
"I don't care if you believe it or not, I didn't do it and that is final.." She was about to walk away when he spoke, making her speak.
"No one dares walk away from me when I speak… no one dares…" he gritted his teeth.
"I don't care about your ego or anything, Ashton. Just leave me alone..." she made to walk away when she heard the doorbell ring.
The maid was about to get the door when she spoke, and the maid stopped.
"It's fine, I will get the door myself," she waved off the maid who nodded and went back to continue her work.
