Chief Secretary Park walked through the hallway to the convention room where the board meeting would be held, a thick folder in one hand while another was busy checking messages in his phone. A new message had just come informing him that most of the invitees had arrived when he spotted Amber in front of the door with two of her attendants.
"Eldest Miss?" the chief secretary arched his brow in surprise. "What brings you here?"
Amber turned her head and smiled, or rather, smirked. She looked triumphant for a reason, although the chief secretary wasn't sure why. "Can't I just come to participate in the board meeting?" Amber tilted her head. "I'm the eldest child and a shareholder."
"Of course," the chief secretary nodded without thinking about it too much. "It's just that you've never been participating before."
"That's because Mason was here before," Amber rolled her eyes.
