The situation was something beyond Alex, and since Mr Chen had personally offered to help, there was no reason for Alex to stay back when the capital was a couple of days' long journey and he needed to get back to class before his one-week leave expired.
Alex was also in agreement with this, he needed to return quickly so he could start searching for the items that were needed to fix Emily's soul sea.
He already had a few people in mind whom he planned to ask once he returned to Brandvel City. After some discussion, they agreed that he would return the next day.
Hopefully, Emily would have woken up by then.
Nobody went to the shop that day; everyone decided to stay at home with Emily, and the workers would take care of the shop in their absence.
