Selena froze mid-action after her name was called, she stopped chewing what was in her mouth and glanced over at Mia. From the woman's expression, anyone could tell that she wasn't happy that her name had been called.
"But I'm eating," Selena said in protest.
"No problem, you can bring it along and eat it along the way," Mia responded with a wide smile on her face.
A hint of frustration appeared on Selena's face, her eyes roamed the faces of everyone in the living room before arriving at Mia's face again.
"Why me? I just returned from completing a mission not long ago." She complained with a depressed look on her face.
"Sigh, I know. Anyways, go get dressed so we can leave soon. The earlier we get there, the earlier we'll return." Mia said before walking toward a couch to sit, she was waiting for Selena.
