Ashdrake's body evolved into a blue, fiery monster. Its scales turned blue, and the fire igniting his body became blue flames, representing divine flame. Wayne backed away from Ashdrake's newly awakened body. The walls started cracking, and suddenly, the whole building was collapsing. The ground began to rumble, and huge spikes emerged from the ground.
Wayne jumped around the room, dodging all of the spikes on the ground, but Ashdrake was a bigger threat, and Wayne knew that. Suddenly, Ashdrake formed a huge chain from his fire and started to whip it at Wayne. One of his chains locked onto Wayne's leg, dragging him across the ground. The chains were puncturing his skin, causing him to lose a lot of blood. Suddenly, his consciousness was starting to fade away. His vision turned into pitch black.
Then, Wayne saw the blue sky emerging. The sun shone bright, and he could feel the breeze brushing against his skin. His vision slowly returned, but it wasn't in the dungeon. Wayne saw a bulk figure walking up to him. This place reminded him of something, but he couldn't recall it.
The figure got closer, and Wayne slowly started to see the man's face. There were many scars on his face. He finally figured out who and where he was.
It was Thorne, in the same spot where the fight had happened. A voice emerged from Thorne.
"Ohh Wayne, how long it's been. How've you been?"
Thorne was missing one of his arms, the one Wayne ripped off, with a huge stab mark in the middle of his chest.
Wayne pulled out his sword just in case, but he noticed it was missing. Thorne was getting closer and closer to Wayne, and then he quickly dashed forward, millimeters away from Wayne, staring him down with his sharp-looking eyes. He was even bigger than before.
Wayne tried backing away from him, but Thorne used some technique, paralyzing Wayne.
"Why are you trying to run away?! Don't you like to kill?!"
All this talk confused Wayne. "Why are they talking about my rage, my actions?" But Wayne didn't care about that. He only cared about getting out of this world and saving Arthur. Wayne tried his hardest to push through the paralysis. His eyes turned fully black, making him look like a ghost, and he surprised Thorne. He was slowly moving in his direction.
"I already killed you once. Another time won't hurt." Wayne chuckled as he blew past the paralysis. Thorne fell off balance and fell off the roof of the house.
"I don't have time for this!"
Wayne jumped off the roof, falling straight on Thorne and slamming him into the ground. His body flattened from the immense pressure, ending his life once again, and Wayne gained his consciousness back in the real world.
Wayne opened his eyes, and he saw Ashdrake on his throne, closing his eyes, sleeping, thinking he had finished the job.
Ashdrake heard a sound, opening his eyes. He saw Wayne standing on his feet again, with his hood covering his face.
"You missed me?"
Ashdrake got annoyed with Wayne and suddenly dashed at him.
All the flames in the room burned brighter than ever. Suddenly, meteors appeared in the room, crashing onto the ground, creating tons of craters. But Wayne noticed something inside the meteors. There were shiny shards carved into the meteors.
"Just die already!!!!"
Ashdrake blitzed at Wayne at the speed of light, but instead aimed towards the meteor. He jumped up onto the rocks in the air and tried to smash one of the rocks, but they were built like steel. Ashdrake got a grip of Wayne's foot and swung him to the wall. Wayne crashed into the wall, but he landed with both his feet and launched into the meteor.
"I'm so close."
Ashdrake realized that Wayne had found out the secret to his spell. The shard inside the meteor was the key to defeating Ashdrake. Wayne gripped his sword hard and struck a huge blow to the meteor, and to his surprise, a shard fell out of the meteor. It was shining blue and blinding Wayne and Ashdrake, and Wayne quickly grabbed the shard. At first, nothing happened, just all the light disappeared, but then suddenly, the shard melted in his hand, and his body started to glow.
"What the fuck."
Ashdrake backed away from Wayne, but Wayne suddenly teleported behind him.
Wayne's eye glowed blue, and he felt a sensation in his body, making him stronger and faster. The shard had physical enhancements, but his body was engulfed in flames. His body started to heat up with the blue flames. All the flames in the whole room started to orbit Wayne, as he charged up all the fire.
Wayne winked at Ashdrake and suddenly zipped forward, slicing Ashdrake in half. Flames were burning under Wayne's feet. He flashed so fast that Ashdrake couldn't even blink in his last moments.
"Finally."
Suddenly, the room started to shake, and the flames all lit up one by one again toward a door in front of Wayne. The door was locked up with chains, and once the flames reached the door, the chains lit up with fire, burning them. The chains turned into ashes, and the door suddenly opened, revealing an empty abyss waiting ahead.
Wayne heard a sound behind him as the doors opened. The doors slid open, and Wayne was presented with people lying dead on the floor.
It's not over yet.
