Maíra Arara Neblina woke from her long sleep just as the first rays of sunlight kissed the horizon. She felt refreshed and energetic after a long time. Sitting up, she stretched her body several times. Only then did she remember that her friend Eleanor was also in the temple with her.
As she glanced towards the spot where Eleanor had been cultivating, she heard her friend's voice. "Good morning."
She smiled. "Good morning."
"It's still early. You can sleep for a couple more hours if you want," Eleanor said.
"No need," Maíra replied. "I'm saturated. I haven't slept like this for a long time. I don't want to sleep anymore."
"That's good," Eleanor said. "I'm getting bored of continuous cultivation as well. Sadly, the Hounds are still outside. We won't be able to roam around without a fight."
"I'm fed up with the situation too," Maíra said. "I wanted to try some of my water skills, but those beasts never leave the area. Did you receive any cool powers like me?"
