Whisney's shrill voice echoed inside her head, making Lethia gasp in shock.
'Whis–Whisney… are you back?'
["I'm tired of that startled tone of yours, like you're wishing I'd never return. Whose fault is it that I drained my energy and collapsed?"]
"Queen… are you okay?" Chasey's voice snapped Lethia back.
"I'm fine, Chasey. I need to go to the restroom."
"Do you need me to come with you?" she offered worriedly.
"No, I'm fine. I can go alone. Just tell him I'll be back after the restroom."
Chasey nodded, and Lethia quickly made her way to the cottage's restroom.
Once inside, she locked the door and stared at her reflection in the mirror. Then, Whisney's lazy face appeared, her seven tails swaying.
"Are you okay?" Lethia asked.
"Cut the nonsense. You should be focusing on Renar and Caelum. What the hell are you doing here?"
