My vision starts to blur as more tears threaten to spill..i don't let them, i blink them back. I lift my head and continue the short walk to my house, i could already feel the little rain droplets on my nose as i get to the gate.
I am busy fumbling in my bag for the keys when i hear the gates pull apart, but it isn't my gate it's the one right next to it and rolling out of it is a very intimidating looking black jeep that looks like it has been glossed to perfection , even with the sun hidden behind thick grey clouds promising imminent rain , what little light there was bounced off it ,i was still so taken by the magnificence of the vehicle that i had completely forgotten that it had to have a driver, and not just any driver it just had to be the last person i wanted to see and he is with a friend, well bestfriend... josaih?
Before i can react...
"Hey," he says sending a casual wave and an incredibly distracting dimpled smile my way that makes it incredibly difficult to look away from his face like we are old friends that just happened to bump into each other on a random tuesday.
I don't respond for a while, maybe a few seconds too long while his friend sitting in the passanger seat (who i am now sure is Josaih) looks between the both of us with a sly smirk.
He clears his throat, making Williams tear his eyes away from mine and i just stand akwardly looking down the street and occasionally at my feet.
"Well since no one wants to introduce me to the pretty damsel, i guess I'll have to do it my self " he shrugs, a smug smile playing on his lips .
"Oh my bad, Jossy this is-" Will begins
"Too late for that now bro, I'll handle it" he pats his shoulder twice, unlocks the door and is in front of me in seconds.
Will sits slack jawed, his hands gripping the steering tightly watching our exchange.. and i have the urge to make him feel even the tiniest bit jealous i want to lean in for polite a hug
Woah he is tall, i have to step back a bit to see him well
His lips spread into a warm bright smile,"Hi june i am josaih,it's nice to finally meet you you look even more enchanting than William described you to be" He knows who i am?
He is a charmer...wait William told him about me and not just that discribed how i look to him.
I don't know if i should be flattered or be creeped out that he is already describing me to his bestfriend.
