Chapter 115 - Chapter 115 Knock Out A Sharingan?

A Month Later

Terrifying thunder crackled across the wooden stick as it blasted Kakashi away once again.

But this time, Kakashi didn't immediately charge at Simu upon waking up.

Instead, he lay still on the ground, quietly savoring the sensation he had just felt.

"That... pressure..."

He closed his eyes.

His mind was filled with countless memories from the past month.

And without exception, every memory featured the same scene—Simu swinging that stick.

The image was burned too deeply into his memory.

Every night, as soon as he closed his eyes, he would see it again.

But he had to admit—Mr. Guy's brutal training method was effective.

In just a month, Kakashi had started to feel the presence of momentum.

And Simu was quite satisfied as well.

By repeatedly beating up his own students, the imitation value for his "Kaido template" had increased by 15% in just one month!

How could anyone say Mr. Guy wasn't the best teacher in the world?

He was the founder of One Piece, after all!

If Simu could gain this much imitation value after just a month of teaching, who would dare say Kaido was a careless instructor?

Simu would fight them on the spot!

Even better, he had successfully extracted Kaido's second ability—

[Conqueror's Haki]!

It was the only form of Haki Simu hadn't mastered until now.

Sure, it was a bit disappointing that he hadn't obtained the legendary Mythical Zoan fruit: the Fish-Fish Fruit, Azure Dragon Form.

But Simu wasn't discouraged.

With all these little brats around, it was only a matter of time before his imitation value reached new heights.

After all, let's not forget—

Kaido's dream was to wage the greatest war in the world.

And now, the Shinobi World was in the midst of the Third Great Ninja War.

Isn't this the perfect setting to rack up imitation points just by breathing?

Just as Simu let his mind wander—

Kakashi, who had been lying on the ground, suddenly opened his eyes wide.

A brilliant light flared in his gaze.

A surge of momentum erupted from his body.

That force condensed around the kunai in his hand.

As the Chakra flowed out, it instantly transformed into crackling lightning, wrapping itself around the blade.

"Lightning Style: Single Lightning Spear!"

The electric current surged through Kakashi's body,

launching him forward at a speed far beyond anything he could manage before.

The kunai, crackling with lightning and faintly coated with immature Armament Haki, came stabbing toward Simu.

"…Impressive. He managed to grasp Armament Haki in just one month."

Simu sounded genuinely impressed.

But with a gold-standard teacher like Mr. Guy, this level of progress was almost expected.

Still—thinking this was enough to challenge him?

Too naive.

A bolt of thunder, even more violent and terrifying, struck Kakashi in response.

"Thunder Eight Trigrams!"

The name rang out like a nightmare.

Kakashi's newly developed technique lasted less than a second before being blasted away completely.

"Not bad, Kakashi."

Simu calmly planted his stick in the ground and placed his hands behind his back like a veteran instructor.

"…"

Thanks to Simu intentionally holding back, Kakashi didn't faint this time.

Instead, he lay there on the ground, repeatedly reliving the feeling from that last strike.

But before Kakashi could fully recover—

Uchiha Obito, who had already been knocked out 54 times that day, came charging in once again.

He opened with the same old Great Fireball Technique.

Unsurprisingly, Simu knocked it away without much effort.

Then Obito charged into close combat…

Unfortunately, the moment he reached Simu, a dark red light flashed in Simu's eyes.

A terrifying aura erupted from his body, shooting skyward.

The overwhelming momentum surged across the entire Death Forest!

The disturbance was so strong that even several training squads outside the forest felt it instantly.

One of them belonged to the team led by Minato Namikaze.

"This chakra…"

Minato's brow furrowed.

Such overwhelming pressure—it had already surpassed most tailed beasts.

If he weren't familiar with Kushina's chakra, he might've thought the Nine Tails had broken its seal.

"Wait here," he instructed Guy and the others. "I'll go check it out."

"Yes, sir!"

Minato vanished instantly.

Only Guy and Ebisu were left staring into the depths of the Forest of Death, their faces pale.

Not to mention the surrounding teams—even the Two-Tails, who had been sleeping deep in the forest, was startled awake.

Thinking an enemy had invaded, it jumped up with a jerk and immediately assumed a combat stance.

In the Hokage's office, the Third Hokage—who had been watching through his crystal ball—frowned. The calm, rosy aura on his face faded instantly.

He quickly switched the view of the crystal ball to the Forest of Death.

And what he saw stunned him.

A massive wave of Conqueror's Haki washed over Obito like a raging tide.

The pressure was so strong, it seemed tangible—almost enough to send him flying.

In that moment, Simu looked like a prehistoric monster. A demon.

The mere aura he released was like a ten-thousand-ton mountain crashing down on Obito!

But the boy didn't give up.

Even though his whole body trembled violently.

Even though his teeth chattered uncontrollably.

Somehow, he endured. And finally, under this overwhelming pressure…

Something within him awakened.

A surge of warmth, like a spring bubbling up, rushed into his mind—and then into his eyes!

Back in the Hokage's office, the Third Hokage clenched the sides of the crystal ball, staring intently.

He watched as, under the brutal spiritual pressure…

Obito's pupils spun rapidly. In the blood-red irises, two tomoe slowly emerged!

Two-Tomoe Sharingan!

Simu blinked, stunned.

"…What the hell?"

"All I did was smack him with Thunder Eight Trigrams and wash him with some Conqueror's Haki… and now he awakened a Sharingan?"

He scratched his head and muttered in disbelief:

"These Uchiha brats are seriously built different…"

Far away in his office, the Third Hokage was so excited he almost couldn't sit still.

One month.

Simu trained a Uchiha kid who was at the bottom of his class… and now he'd awakened a two-tomoe Sharingan?

If someone like Simu ever fell into the hands of the Uchiha clan…

Who could imagine how far their power would grow?

After awakening his eyes, Obito used up all his strength and passed out.

His eyes faded back to black, and the moment was over.

Simu casually grabbed him by the collar with one hand and tossed him in the direction of Katsuyu for healing.

"Still a bit reckless... looks like this is going to cause me some trouble," Simu muttered, rubbing his temples like he could already feel the headache coming.

Sure enough, the moment Obito landed back on the ground...

Minato appeared at the scene.

"So it was you, Simu."

Minato didn't even look surprised. Of course it was Simu.

No one else could cause such chaos.

He didn't know how Simu managed to do it—but somehow, whenever weird things happened around him, they still felt... oddly reasonable.

Simu pushed up his glasses and grinned.

"Relax, I was just testing out a new jutsu."

"A new jutsu, huh?" Minato glanced around the scorched battlefield.

His eyes fell on the Two-Tails, now sitting on the ground obediently.

He knew Simu had always been obsessed with studying tailed beasts.

Many of his techniques were inspired by them.

For example, his Big Core Jade move was clearly modeled after the Tailed Beast Bomb.

And the sheer pressure Simu had just released…

It likely drew from the terrifying aura unique to tailed beasts.

In his heart, Minato had already filled in all the blanks with assumptions.

Just then, an Anbu member arrived on the scene.

"Lord Simu, the Hokage wants to see you."

With Simu's current standing, even the Anbu had to use honorifics when addressing him.

Simu scratched his nose with a sigh. "That old man again, huh?"

"Fine, I'll be there in a sec."

And with a flash, he vanished—reappearing instantly at the window of the Hokage's office.

"Come in."

This time, the Third Hokage spoke before Simu could knock.

Simu pushed the window open and jumped in.

"How did you do it?"

The Hokage went straight to the point.

This was too important to waste time.

Simu played dumb. "Do what?"

The Third stared him down and asked again:

"How did you make Uchiha Obito awaken his Sharingan?"

Simu raised an eyebrow and spread his hands, feigning innocence.

"I dunno. I was just testing my new jutsu during training, and he just… opened his eyes like that."

"These Uchiha are seriously something else. Get beaten up a little and boom—Sharingan."

The Third Hokage quickly interrupted before Simu could go off on another tangent.

"Focus. Do you think this was just a coincidence? Or was it something about your technique?"

"Probably a coincidence?"

Truth be told, Simu wasn't sure either.

Normally, for a Uchiha to awaken their Sharingan, they'd need a huge emotional shock.

Sure, he'd beaten the kid down a bit… training had been pretty rough…

But not that bad, right?

Maybe the Conqueror's Haki had compressed some nerve in Obito's brain or something?

Maybe it was a one-off case?

Whether this would work on other Uchiha… was anybody's guess.

After a moment of thought, the Third Hokage waved him off.

Before Simu left, though, he was given a serious warning:

Under no circumstances were the Uchiha clan to find out about this.

Until more research was done, this move could not be used on other Uchiha.

Of course, Simu nodded and agreed on the surface.

…but whether he'd actually follow through?

That was another story entirely.
