"Princess Kiara is absolutely right," Camilla remarked coolly, her crimson lips parting slightly as she regarded Gina, who was grinding her teeth in frustration.
"Those who maliciously tarnish others' reputations deserve no mercy."
Her hand rested lightly on her still-flat abdomen.
"But kneeling and kowtowing alone won't suffice. There must be real consequences."
When Gina met Camilla's gaze, an inexplicable panic seized her, her eyes flickering uneasily.
Harrison pressed his lips together, his expression dark with calculation. Kiara frowned, studying Camilla.
Why wasn't this woman the least bit guilty?
Instead, she carried herself with unshakable confidence, as if she had nothing to hide.
Could it be that Gina's accusations were false?
Kiara averted her gaze, turning back to Gina, whose face had gone deathly pale. Her furrowed brow gradually smoothed.
At this point, Gina wouldn't dare lie to her.
