He didn't understand what necessary connection there was between these things. To them, invading someone else's mental sea was a highly despised act—one could even say it was a provocation.

Being knocked unconscious, he could understand. Having his mental sea invaded, he could barely accept. It wasn't because he was some saint who could forgive everything, but simply because this wasn't truly his mental sea. If this wasn't his mental sea, then why should he be angry?
