A bad feeling rose sharply in his chest. Juwon suddenly felt an urge to pray — like hoping the person being spoken to wasn't actually him.
Unfortunately, self-deception didn't do much good.
Illiya whose heard no reply from it, calmly repeated his question again.
"Ice Flower, can you hear what I'm saying?" Then, just to be safe, he added, "Don't play dumb — I know you can actually hear me. I'm very sure."
The more Juwon listened, the stronger his bad feeling grew.
Could he respond? Absolutely not.
Not only did he not dare to reply, he even tried to present himself as a peaceful, ordinary, completely motionless plant — the very image of a harmless houseplant.
