The root of a Singularity's formation is the Holy Grail.

In this Seventh Singularity, there are two Holy Grails.
One is the Holy Grail of Uruk, possessed by Gilgamesh. It is an object that already existed in this era, one of many treasures stored in the Gate of Babylon, not a Holy Grail sent by Goetia.
The other is the one sent by Goetia, and barring any surprises, that Holy Grail should be inside Kingû's body, acting as the core of his Mana reactor, continuously supplying him with Mana.
