Byrnndi World isn't the only one who broke out of Impel Down. You also have to worry about guys like the "Red Earl" Patrick Redfield and "Devil's Heir" Douglas Bullet. Rayleigh thinks Bullet is the most difficult one to deal with. He's definitely going to be an enemy of the Straw Hats someday!
Carl considered all of this for a moment before dismissing the extra thoughts. Even if the timelines and plots were messed up, it didn't matter. With his power, and with the Straw Hats becoming stronger, they would be unbeatable. So what was there to worry about?
Shakky looked serious. "Byrnndi World probably wants to bombard Mariejois, which is just insane. While I don't care if the Celestial Dragons die, Byrnndi World is being naive and arrogant. Even if the Marines don't stop him, the Army can easily defeat him. He's going to die, and you, as his accomplice, will face serious consequences!"
Boa Hancock's eyes filled with even more anxiety. She knew the consequences. Not only would she likely be enslaved again, but her entire island would also suffer.
"Shakky, what should I do? Do I have to give up those female warriors?" Boa Hancock was distraught. She was so terrified of becoming a slave again that she was willing to abandon the women Byrnndi World had kidnapped.
Shakky tried to calm her down. "Don't worry, Hancock. When Rayleigh gets back, there will be a solution. At the very least, he can handle this. Even though he's old, he can still beat Byrnndi World."
Hancock finally relaxed a little.
Carl hadn't said a word the entire time, acting as if it had nothing to do with him. This surprised Shakky. It was a well-known fact that even the old guy Rayleigh couldn't help but stare at Hancock's beauty, yet Carl was unmoved.
After his initial moment of surprise, he hadn't reacted at all. Any other man would have offered to help, but Carl acted completely detached. He didn't seem like a man at all.
However, Shakky didn't question him. The seas were full of strange people, and there were naturally some men who weren't attracted to Hancock. It just made Shakky a little disappointed. If the Straw Hats were willing to get involved, Hancock's problem would be solved. It looked like Rayleigh would have to handle it himself.
Meanwhile, Luffy and the others had entered the island separately. With the Straw Hat crew's arrival, the entire Sabaody Archipelago became surprisingly orderly. No one dared to cause trouble, and the Marines and World Government agents only dared to spy on them from a distance.
Luffy ran to a bubble car shop, and the owner started trembling with fear. Still, he had to smile and greet his guests, not daring to show any disrespect.
"Your car is so cool! Can I ride it?" Luffy asked excitedly, pointing at a bubble car.
"Of course! It's an honor that you like it!" The owner quickly made a new bubble for Luffy to get into and put it on a stand. Luffy stepped on the pedals, and the bubble car floated forward.
"Wow! This is fun!" Luffy yelled, grinning.
"We want to ride, too! We want to ride, too!" Usopp and Chopper got into their own bubble cars and rode happily.
Half an hour later, Luffy was done playing. "Hey, boss, I want to buy this car. How much is it?"
The owner quickly waved his hands. "These cars can only be used on the Sabaody Archipelago. They'll break down if you leave here, so you don't need to buy one. If you want to use it, you can rent it... No, no, you can just take it! No charge at all!"
The owner usually tricked newcomers, but he was not going to lie to one of the Five Emperors. If Luffy found out the car was broken after leaving the island and came back for revenge, the owner knew he was dead. For the sake of his life and his business, he decided to be honest.
"What? So it can only be used on this island?" Luffy was a little disappointed, but he quickly smiled. "In that case, I'll rent one and go shopping with it."
Usopp and Chopper said, "We want to rent one, too!"
The owner was so relieved he almost cried. He couldn't believe the new Five Emperors would be so down-to-earth. They didn't just take the bubble cars; they decided to rent them according to the rules. It was a pleasant surprise to see such a powerful person act so humbly.
After paying the rental fee, Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper rode their bubble cars through the streets, which were surprisingly quiet. Everyone showed the new Five Emperors a lot of respect, and no one dared to provoke them. The three of them rode around and bought many things. Luffy bought meat, Chopper bought cotton candy, and Usopp bought all kinds of weird gadgets.
Before they knew it, the three of them were in front of an auction house. Coincidentally, Law, Shachi, Penguin, Bepo, and Kaku arrived from another direction. The guards outside the auction house were startled when they saw Luffy's group and ran inside to report to the boss.
"Huh? Law, Bepo, Usopp, Shachi, Penguin, why are you guys here?" Luffy greeted them loudly.
"Hey! Luffy, that's Kaku, not Usopp!" Usopp complained.
Luffy often confused people with long noses. Even though Usopp was standing right there, Luffy still mixed him up with Kaku. The new Five Emperors had a funny way of seeing things. He would fight for his friends but could still mistake them. Did he even care about his friends?
"Straw Hat-ya, Tanuki-ya, and Long-nose-ya, this is Donquixote Doflamingo's auction house. We just came to check it out. Why are you here?" Law asked, a little surprised. Could it be that the Straw Hats were also interested in the auction?
"An auction house? Oh, we just rode our bubble cars here," Luffy said, scratching his head.
Law realized he had been wrong. The Straw Hat pirates were as unreliable as ever. Luffy probably didn't even know what an auction house was. He couldn't expect too much from the Straw Hat captain. He was only reliable when he was eating or fighting.
"Ahem, since we're here, let's go in together. I heard they're auctioning off a Devil Fruit," Law said, trying to tempt him.
