"You're wrong about this, but you haven't said everything. Go on," Xu Ke continued, looking at Scar with a smile.
Scar continued to rack his slow brain and said, "I shouldn't have bullied her." He hesitated to speak.
"Correct, so I'll make it quick for you," Xu Ke said with a radiant smile, yet his image froze Scar to the core. Before Scar could process what was happening, a sharp pain in his hand instantly sapped his will, allowing him the release of unconsciousness. Xu Ke finally let go of his hand.
Looking at the three incapacitated people, Xu Ke turned his gaze to the trio standing beside the woman.
"What's your agenda? Here to avenge them?" Xu Ke asked innocently, looking at the three.
The three, seeing the fiend Xu Ke direct his attention to them, were terrified, their bodies stiff as boards, yet their minds spun like pinwheels.
