Uchiha Shin had no plans to let his Loli-disguised version of Black Zetsu run around unattended—not until business was done.
Serious business.
After several sleepless days of war planning, espionage, and certain bodily indulgences, it was finally time for Uchiha Shin to move.
Finding Otsutsuki Isshiki's location wasn't exactly rocket science now.
Thanks to his perfected genjutsu technique, Infinite Kami, he had subtly rewritten the subconscious perception of nearly every living being on the planet.
Isshiki, being a full-blooded Otsutsuki, should have some resistance to the genjutsu... but the people around his vessel, Jigen, didn't.
By piggybacking off their chakra signatures and actions, Uchiha Shin could triangulate Isshiki's position without breaking a sweat.
He left the data-gathering task to Black Zetsu. Say what you will about that parasitic freak—she got things done.
Before leaving, he turned to his partner, the ice-cold goddess of celestial murder herself, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.
"Kaguya, head back to Konoha Castle," Shin ordered, gently stroking the flawless curve of her porcelain cheek. "We'll delay the Divine Tree planting for now. You need to restore your chakra reserves. If we move together again, our chakra will light up half the universe. The Otsutsuki higher-ups will sense it and descend faster than a drunk Jiraiya on bathhouse day."
Kaguya nodded solemnly. "Understood."
She knew Shin wasn't exaggerating. Their combined chakra output was like a supernova in the void. If any member of the Otsutsuki high council was even within a few galaxies, they'd spot it instantly.
With a rift of Amenominaka, Kaguya vanished into the dimensional corridor leading to Konoha Castle.
Uchiha Shin took a deep breath, feeling a thrill course through him. Not the kind of thrill he got from Mikoto's thighs or Konan's… "creative" interrogation sessions—but a thrill nonetheless.
"The Otsutsuki will take years to arrive, even with their fastest space-warping jutsu," he muttered. "But I need contingency plans."
He wasn't worried about Momoshiki or Kinshiki—child's play. Even Isshiki was just an appetizer.
No, Shin had his eyes on the real threats—the Elders of the Main Otsutsuki Lineage and the rumored Ōtsutsuki God, who supposedly birthed the concept of chakra.
To face them, Shin needed to finish constructing his Microverse—a self-contained dimension that could house everything he held dear: Tsunade, Mikoto, Konan, the kids…
Everyone.
He couldn't afford distractions. If it ever came down to it, he needed an escape hatch no Otsutsuki could follow him through.
"This Microverse… it won't just be a bunker," he thought aloud. "It's my starship. My ark."
His space-time control had already surpassed what most shinobi considered divine. Merging pocket dimensions wasn't impossible—but it was slow. A decade, at least.
Luckily, he had just the catalyst in mind.
"The Dragon Vein… Earth's last natural nuclear chakra reactor."
In a blink of Flying Thunder God, Uchiha Shin appeared in the lost city of Loulan.
Since the Fourth Great Ninja War, Loulan had expanded its dominion, absorbing the remaining cities of the Wind Country's desert. Queen Sasha—his old flame and loyal subordinate—was busy relocating her capital, so he didn't bother her.
Instead, he made a beeline for his precious little bundle of chaos.
"Daddy!" a soft, mischievous voice called as he scooped the tiny whirlwind into his arms.
"Hey there, Sara."
Sara giggled as she clung to him, her hands sneakily wandering into his coat.
"…Where the hell did you learn that trick?" Shin blinked.
He could feel her chakra press against certain seals.
"Don't tell me… was it Konan again? Or was it that kinky medic-nin from the Mist Village?"
Clearly, someone was teaching his daughter bad habits. He was going to thoroughly discipline the suspects. Maybe Konan needed a timeout… or another "chakra collar" session.
After a good hour of playing with Sara—by the end of which she was drooling on his shoulder—Shin handed her off to Masako, the battle-maid whose thighs could crush rock.
He turned toward his true objective.
The source of the Dragon Vein.
This ancient arsenal, once reactivated for wartime, now stood still as death. It would soon be dismantled entirely with the kingdom's migration.
But Shin didn't care about the weapons.
He wanted the core—the pulsing purple chakra stream buried deep beneath the Earth.
Standing over the sealed mouth of the vein, he whispered, "So much life energy… even after the Ten-Tails consumed the chakra fruit, this world still has divine leftovers. Earth… you were always too generous."
If the Otsutsuki hadn't interfered, this planet could've evolved true Sage Beasts, maybe even bred gods.
Shin's fist pulsed with Susanoo chakra as he smashed the ancient seal.
BOOM.
The ground trembled violently. Raw chakra blasted upward like a volcano.
Shin didn't hesitate—he leapt into the explosion, letting the chakra tide swallow him whole.
The sensation was like being pierced by a billion needles dipped in liquid fire. Each dragon vein filament tried to rip his cells apart and assimilate him.
"Sage Mode: Ryūjin Transformation!" he roared.
His skin hardened into obsidian scales, and his body lengthened into a terrifying draconic shape. No longer man—he became chakra made flesh.
A real dragon.
In this form, Shin could swim through the chakra ocean without disintegrating.
Each breath he took inhaled storms. The air itself around him bent. Gravity warped. Time began to ripple.
"Senjutsu: Immortal Refinement Process!"
He activated a forbidden sage technique of his own design, using his will to funnel the chakra directly into every cell.
From the micro level, his cellular structure exploded in evolution.
[Cell Container No. 001 activated.]
[No. 002 activated.]
[No. 1000… 2000…]
Normally, Shin opened these chakra containers one by one, each enhancing his limits.
Now, he was unlocking thousands by the second.
The Dragon Vein began to dim, its majestic purple light curling into the vortex formed by his presence.
He was a black hole now—his dragon body the singularity around which chakra bent and vanished.
The space around him began to crack.
Krrrkkk—
The ceiling shattered as tectonic pressure warped the surroundings. Entire segments of the underground tunnel system disintegrated.
Reality began glitching.
A massive spiral storm of chakra erupted from the surface, seen all the way from Suna's outer borders. But no one dared to approach. Everyone loyal to Shin could feel it:
He was still in control.
He remained at the center, calm, powerful, and incomprehensible.
Time passed.
One day. Two days. Seven.
An entire month went by.
No one disturbed him. Not even Kaguya.
At the end of that month, the once-boundless Dragon Vein had become a dried husk. No longer violent—it simply ceased to exist.
Uchiha Shin, now returned to his human form, hovered in the heart of the crater. His skin shimmered like molten gold. His eyes…
They were not Rinnegan. Not Mangekyō. Something… beyond.
"Ten… hundred… billion… One trillion," he murmured.
His voice echoed like a god whispering through stone.
Inside his body, every single cell glowed with perfected chakra. They weren't human cells anymore—they were chakra reactors.
His muscles contained tailed beast-level energy. His bones hummed with space-time particles.
Even more, his eyes were beginning to condense something new—something he named…
Divine Art: Zero.
A jutsu still unborn, but already more potent than any ninjutsu or kekkei mōra in existence.
Uchiha Shin had swallowed the Earth's last natural dragon vein—and with it, ascended one step closer to divinity.
