Zhi'er watched as her two brothers lay together, snoring loudly.
She couldn't help but chuckle softly.
"Sixth Brother always loves to put on a brave front!"
She huffed and puffed as she helped adjust her two brothers' positions.
Then she tucked them in properly and blew out the candle.
Zhi'er originally planned to spend the night in the room across the hall.
At that moment, Feng Fuce lifted the curtain and came in.
His calmly dark eyes glanced at the two princely heirs on the bed.
Then Feng Fuce looked at Zhi'er.
"Are you scared? If you are, stick with me tonight."
Zhi'er blinked her long lashes: "What am I afraid of? The villagers aren't planning to attack us. I'm going to have a good night's sleep tonight and see what kind of ghosts they're up to in the morning!"
After speaking, she pushed Feng Fuce out.
"You should rest early too!"
Feng Fuce was pushed out into the yard.
He looked back and saw Zhi'er enter her own room.
