As they walked out of the cafeteria, Thomas Fisher freed himself from Ryan Taylor's support, looking much clearer than he had inside.
"Second brother! You've been drinking too, just go home. Alice can drive me back. It'll save you the trouble of running back and forth." He had just suddenly thought of this idea as they walked out, willing to sacrifice his brother's concern for a chance to be alone with her.
"Can you manage on your own?"
Ryan Taylor didn't immediately agree to leave. Instead, he stood still observing Thomas, while enquiring about his state.
"Of course, I can. You know my drinking capacity." To prove he wasn't drunk, Thomas walked a few steps back and forth in front of Ryan, "Am I walking steadily?"
In reality, he was quite dizzy, but he tried not to stagger while walking.
Alice Turner glanced at Thomas, who was clearly showing signs of drunkenness, then shifted her gaze to Ryan Taylor, "I'll go warm up the car first."
