Easton Holmes asked directly, and Lily Turner sniffled, saying angrily to him on the other end of the phone, "Yes! I just saw the woman you want to marry. She's back from abroad. You must be very happy now, right?"
Because she harbored resentment for the person on the other end, her tone was anything but pleasant.
"Wait for me at your mom's place, I'll be right over." Easton Holmes had indeed guessed correctly; a major incident had occurred after he left.
How did that woman find her way there? And how did she know they were together? They had never appeared in any media together.
But now wasn't the time to think about these things. He needed to find that girl and clear things up with her, as she was a very stubborn person.
Lily Turner retorted in a huff, "You don't need to come find me. I don't want to see you. Go find your fiancée."
After saying that, she hung up the phone, not caring whether the person on the other end would be angry.
