At first, Alice Turner thought Lily Turner had run into someone she knew, but the more Alice looked, the more something felt off. She noticed that Lily's expression was not good at all, and her whole state seemed unwell.
Feeling uneasy, she opened the car door and got out, striding towards the two people not far away.
"Lily! Is this your 'friend'?"
The "friend" Alice mentioned was in quotation marks. Lily had few friends, and Alice knew almost all of them. This woman in front of her was a complete stranger with no recollection whatsoever.
A woman suddenly appeared, causing Valentina to instinctively turn her head to look. Although she didn't know what kind of relationship this unexpected woman had with Lily, she could tell that the relationship was quite close.
