Following Michael Linton's gaze, Easton Holmes turned his head and spotted Lily Turner standing on the second-floor terrace. Seeing that she was only wearing a very thin jacket, his brows furrowed immediately.
"Uncle! I'm heading inside first."
After saying this, he turned and went inside without waiting for a response.
Watching his hurried figure walk into the house, Michael Linton's lips curved into a pleased smile. He raised his hand to wave at Lily Turner, who was on the terrace, and made his way to the house door as well.
Once inside, Easton Holmes headed straight to the room on the second floor. When he entered the room, Lily Turner had already returned from the terrace. Seeing him approaching with a frown, she quickly asked, "What's wrong? Did something happen?"
As she asked, she walked towards him.
