"Easton Holmes! Your grandpa is so interesting."
Remembering Callix Linton's amusing demeanor just now, Lily Turner couldn't help but whisper to Easton Holmes, and then blurted out, "Much more interesting than you."
As soon as she said that, she felt her hand being squeezed tightly.
It was at that moment that Lily suddenly realized she might have upset a certain someone with her words, but what she said was true—his grandpa is indeed much more interesting than him.
"But you're better-looking than your grandpa." Before Easton could feel flattered, Lily immediately added, "Your grandpa looks pretty good, too. You can tell he was a handsome guy when he was young."
After saying that, she tilted her head to look at the man leading her, and even though she only saw one side of his face, she could tell he was unhappy.
"Hey! Why are you like this? I was complimenting your grandpa, not someone else's."
