As the queen mother collapsed to the floor, the silence in the room was torn apart by Sabrina's voice.
"No. No... Mother, please wake up!" Sabrina cried, falling to her knees. Her hands shook as she reached for the woman who had once protected her, loved her like her own daughter. "Please... open your eyes. Don't do this to me."
Angelina slowly walked forward, unsure of what she was doing or what to say. She stared at the lifeless body and for the first time, she felt regret deep in her bones. But it was already too late. Nothing could be undone. With trembling hands, she raised her voice and screamed.
A scream that pierced through the walls of the palace, loud enough to reach every ear. A scream that would wake the guards, the servants, and the king himself.

"No one is supposed to make a decision without talking to me first. You know that, yet you still went ahead and took her with you," the king shouted, his voice shaking the walls.
