Su Wanwan was momentarily stunned, then her gaze fell on the silhouette standing in front of the floor-to-ceiling window not far away.
The man was wearing a black shirt and trousers, with a tall and slender build, one hand in his pocket and seemingly holding a cup in the other.
Perhaps hearing the movement, he turned and walked towards her.
"Mu Yuze, why is it you!" she blurted out in shock.
She remembered being knocked out by a driver of an illegal cab, yet the man she saw upon waking was Mu Yuze.
Surely, he couldn't have been the one who had her knocked out?
"Awake?" he asked with a slight smile, handing her the cup, "Have some hot water. How are you feeling now?"
She took it dumbly and shook her head, "I'm fine... How did I end up here?"
