Yi Luowa blearily slept until eight and jolted upright in panic after glancing at the time.
Lying next to her, Tong Airui chuckled, "Why such a big reaction?"
Yi Luowa turned sharply to grab his neck, "You're going to get me killed! It's already eight and you didn't wake me up!"
Tong Airui's gaze dropped to her chest and he teased, "Your top's askew."
Yi Luowa immediately released him and burrowed under the blankets.
From under the covers, Yi Luowa kicked him, "It's eight o'clock, why aren't you up either?"
"Who gets up early on a weekend?" Tong Airui laughed, sitting up and grabbing both of their pajamas. "Now that we're up, let's get ready. We leave promptly at eleven."
Yi Luowa pouted, emerging from the blankets. "We're on such tight timing, and yet you didn't wake me earlier."
"I couldn't bring myself to wake you." Tong Airui leaned in to kiss her cheek. "Wife, I'm sorry you had a tough night yesterday."
