Alice Conley hadn't had a chance to say anything when another voice sounded, "Mom, do you even know what you're saying!"
Alice looked up and saw that Dorian Howards had returned at some point.
In a moment, Dorian was already by Alice's side, looking worried, "Are you alright?"
Alice shook her head, "But how did you..." Wasn't he at work? How could he have come back?
Dorian held Alice's hand, as if giving her courage, then turned to his mother and said, "Mom, Alice is my wife now, please give her the respect she deserves!"
Watching her son stand by Alice once again, Gemma trembled with anger, "Alright, are you going to let the whole Howards Family be buried with this woman? Don't you understand the significance of that order? If you continue to protect her father, Kyle will only use more ruthless methods."
