"Hmm." Mabel Quinn nodded, and the two of them walked out of Harris Park and got into Kyle Kinston's car.
He had driven himself to pick her up today, and as he drove, he asked, "How did the persuasion go? Will Daniel Harris agree to the surgery?"
Mabel Quinn shook her head with an unwell look, "He's still unwilling to undergo the surgery. I'm thinking maybe in a few days, when he's in a better mood, I'll try to persuade him again."
"But if he plans never to have the surgery, do you plan to keep coming to Harris Park to persuade him every now and then for the rest of your life?" Kyle Kinston said, his tone somewhat displeased and cold, unlike his usual self.
Mabel Quinn asked, somewhat surprised, "Kyle, what's wrong with you?"
He suddenly pulled the car over to the side of the road, raised his hand to massage his eyes, trying to relax his inadvertently tense nerves, "Sorry, I'm being a bit paranoid. I also hope Daniel Harris's eyes can recover soon."
