The little boy sniffled as he answered Mabel Quinn's questions. Since children don't usually say much anyway, and with his words muffled by tears, it took Mabel quite some time to understand what he was saying.
He knew his name was Brandon Walker, attended kindergarten's junior class, but he didn't know his parents' names or their contact numbers. Today, he had gone out with his mom. As for the rest, all Brandon could say was, "Mom disappeared, and I just went around looking for her."
Mabel Quinn frowned. It seemed that no useful information could be obtained.
"Let's take the child to the police station first, then ask them to check the nearby surveillance and issue a missing person alert," Kyle Kinston suggested, quickly proposing a solution.
Mabel also felt that was the best way to handle things, "So the nearest police station would be..."
