Chapter 157 - Chapter 157

Compared to Jean, Lisa wasn't faring much better. Watching the two get close, she suddenly felt the urge to snuggle up to Akio as well.

"Damn it, Lisa! You're a witch! What are you thinking?" Lisa scolded herself internally. From the moment she was born until now, she had never felt this way before!

However, Akio was completely oblivious to their thoughts. He had no idea just how powerful the title of Teyvat's Most Devoted truly was. The system had only mentioned that it would attract the favor of the opposite sex.

In reality, as Akio's strength grew, the influence of Teyvat's Most Devoted also intensified. Most members of the opposite sex would find it nearly impossible to resist his charm.

"Alright, let's go. We'll head to the festival and have some fun," Akio said, taking Klee's small hand in his. He put on a fox mask, and with Klee's laughter ringing out, the two of them ran off together.

"Wait for us, you two!" Murata Himeko called out, turning to Lisa and Jean. "Come on, let's follow them."

"Mm-hmm," Jean and Lisa nodded, following Murata Himeko as they caught up to the pair.

Klee was full of energy, running here and there, dragging Akio along to explore every little stall. Klee was truly like a little sun, and everyone who saw her couldn't help but smile.

"Klee, slow down," Jean initially said, but eventually, she stopped caring. After all, Akio was with her, so there was no way she'd get hurt.

Jean decided to let it go, and she, Lisa, and Murata Himeko chatted as they followed the two. They talked about everything from food to cosmetics, from gossip to battles, and even from Baicao Garden to…

Even the usually serious Jean, in this relaxed atmosphere with Murata Himeko and Lisa, finally let go of her usual responsibilities. She had always shouldered the burden of the Knights of Favonius and protecting Mondstadt, but now she could finally take a break.

Jean listened happily as the two women shared their experiences, gossip about their friends, and occasionally chimed in with some strange and interesting things she had seen.

"Big brother, let's go make flower bracelets together," Klee said, tugging on Akio's hand and pointing excitedly at the flower bracelet stall.

"Let's go," Akio nodded, and the two of them ran over.

There were many people making flower bracelets, mostly couples. When Akio and the girls arrived, they attracted quite a few glances.

Making the bracelets was quick, and soon Klee had crafted a small, beautiful bracelet.

"Big brother Akio, this is for you," Klee said, tying the bracelet around Akio's wrist. She nodded in satisfaction. "I did a great job!"

"Sweetie, I'll give you mine too," Murata Himeko said, holding up a red flower bracelet that looked like a blazing flame.

"Lord Akio, I've finished mine too. May I give it to you?"

"Lord Akio, this is my flower bracelet. Please don't reject a lady's heartfelt gift."

Jean and Lisa also presented their flower bracelets to Akio, and in an instant, Akio's wrist was adorned with four colorful bracelets.

"People might think you're selling flower bracelets," Murata Himeko teased.

"Maybe they're just envious. Look at their stares, tsk," Lisa joked.

The men in the couples were utterly shocked, wondering how this masked man could have three stunning beauties giving him flower bracelets.

Their eyes were glued to the scene, which quickly led to their girlfriends' sharp reprimands.

"You like looking at beautiful women, huh?"

"No, no! I'm just shocked that guy got three people to give him bracelets!"

"Oh? So you want multiple girlfriends, do you? Fine, go ahead!"

"No, I…"

"Hahaha…" Lisa couldn't stop laughing at the scene. These people were truly amusing.

However, just as they were chatting and making bracelets, a commotion broke out not far away, accompanied by complaints and arguments.

"Huh? What's going on?" Akio frowned. It was unpleasant to have such a disturbance during the festival.

In the middle of the crowd, a petite figure and a tall figure stood, both dressed in Fontaine attire, facing accusations from the surrounding people.

The petite figure wore a blue dress, her white hair cascading down. She looked utterly bewildered by the situation.

The tall figure stood protectively in front of her, her expression cold. She wore a guard's uniform, with a sword hanging at her waist.

"Huh? It's her?" Akio's eyes widened. Well, well! What was she doing in Inazuma?

"Looks like our festival trip is over. We've got a heavyweight here," Akio said, turning to the girls with a smile.

"Huh?" The girls were confused. Did Akio know those two women?

"Stay here and don't move. I'll go handle this and be back soon to take you all to eat," Akio said, then walked over.

In the crowd, people were pointing and accusing the petite figure.

"You little brat! You broke my statue of the Great Divine Sovereign of Heaven! Pay up!" the man at the front shouted angrily.

"It's just a clay statue! I'll pay for it!" the petite figure retorted, looking around. She put her hands on her hips and puffed out her cheeks. "I'm—"

"Forget it! How much do you want?" She quickly reconsidered, remembering Neuvillette's warning not to cause trouble in Inazuma, and decided to hold back.

"Huh? You—" The man's anger flared at her dismissive attitude. He pointed at her and said, "You! Do you know how long I waited to get this statue? It's been blessed by the Great Divine Sovereign of Heaven! It's a sacred statue meant to protect our home! How dare you measure its worth with mere Mora?"

"Ignorant fool. If it were truly blessed by a god, it wouldn't have broken so easily. You've been scammed. This clay statue is worthless," the petite figure argued. "Besides, it wasn't intentional. I've already apologized and offered to pay you whatever you ask. Why are you still making such a fuss?"

"You—!" The man was about to lunge at her in his rage.

"Stop! Step back!" the tall woman commanded, her voice cold. Her hand was already on the hilt of her sword.

"What are you going to do? Attack me in public?" the man shouted, losing his courage. "Tenryou Commission! Someone's trying to kill me here!"

"Sir, as far as I know, you were the one who bumped into us. You pretended to trip as you passed by, and that's how the statue broke," the tall woman said, frowning.

"We've come from a foreign land to witness the Divine Coronation Ceremony, the moment the Great Divine Sovereign ascends to godhood. We don't want to cause any trouble, which is why we offered to pay you Mora to settle this matter. But that doesn't mean you can keep pushing us!" the woman said coldly.
