He knew how much trust she had put in him to reveal Dandelion to him like this.
He had never heard of anyone getting a monster as a pet from the system before, and that told him how rare it was. By exposing that she had one, Evelynn could be put in real danger.
There was no saying what might be done to her by people greedy for power. With how lawless the tower was, one needed to have strength to possess unique things. And a monster that would fight beside you, even a slime, could easily be worth killing over.
