Kaguya was, in many ways, very similar to Neji Hyūga of Konoha's Hyūga Clan.
In Neji's original fate, the destiny of the branch family was to protect the main family. His mission was to protect Hinata Hyūga, even at the cost of his own life. Neji's father had accepted that fate willingly and died for it.
Because of this, Neji firmly believed that fate was fixed and unchangeable—until he met Naruto.
Fortunately, in this life, after Naruto's rebirth, Neji's destiny as a sacrificial pawn had already been altered. Otherwise, everything Naruto had ever said about changing fate would have been nothing more than empty words.
Kaguya, however, was different from Neji.

"He possesses the Rinnegan and the Mangekyō Sharingan," Kaguya explained. "His bloodline descends from my branch family, making it purer than yours."
She paused, then added, "However… there's another possibility."
Kaguya looked directly at Naruto. "You carry a tailed beast within your body. Someone who can withstand such an enormous amount of chakra should also be able to endure Momoshiki's chakra."
After she finished speaking, Naruto fell silent.
She was right.
From a logical standpoint, both possibilities were terrifyingly plausible.
Sasuke frowned deeply and turned to Naruto. "Naruto, what should we do? Is there any way to prevent this?"
He then looked at Kaguya. "Can the Ōtsutsuki resurrection method be stopped?"

Inside Naruto, Kurama snorted coldly and lay back down, saying nothing. However, the faint upward curve at the corner of his mouth betrayed his true feelings.
"As for Momoshiki," Naruto continued, "it doesn't matter. If he really tries to take over my body, then I'll just turn him into a friend too—just like Kurama."
Naruto took a deep breath.
If Momoshiki truly existed within him, then once the resurrection process began, a Kāma would inevitably appear. If things truly reached that point, Naruto already had a plan.
He remembered Boruto from his previous life.
Boruto's body had been chosen by Momoshiki. At the critical moment, when Boruto was on the brink of death, Momoshiki abandoned his own resurrection and instead used his chakra to save Boruto.
That memory reminded Naruto of another crucial person.
Kawaki.
Kawaki was an artificial human created by Jigen for the sole purpose of fully resurrecting Isshiki Ōtsutsuki.

After settling this issue, Naruto turned to Sasuke. "Let's go back."
Sasuke nodded, and together with Naruto and Kaguya, they left the dimension.
They returned to the moon, where Toneri was waiting.
When Toneri saw them, he smiled politely. "Naruto, Sasuke, Ancestor Kaguya—you're back."
Naruto nodded. Toneri smiled faintly and shook his head.
Naruto sighed. "That Urashiki… he's far too patient."
Sasuke looked at Naruto. "What's next?"
Naruto thought for a moment. "Let's return to Konoha first."
After making his decision, Naruto turned to Toneri. "Toneri, thank you for your hard work. Just like I said before—if anything happens, activate the Flying Thunder God seal on your body immediately. Protect yourself and wait for us to come."
