"Haah? Do you think I care about those people? You could put me in one room with a thousand of them and I'll hate every single one. They're just wastes of space who think they're better than each other. I, on the other hand, actually am better. That's why I'll never get along with them."

"Let's say I do contract you, what exactly can you do? A Spirit like the one I had just accompanied me along and stuff, talked in my head—"
"Yes yes, I know what a spirit does," Nyx interjected. "I can be a spirit like that, except I can appear in my true form whenever I want."
