But regardless of what he thought, the reality was different, and so, after finally snapping out of it, Ramiel glanced over to Rael.
His eyes were slightly blurred, but even so...
"She cheated."
He had the gall to call her a cheater.
"And how did she cheat exactly?" Rael mused.
"All the attacks I hit her with vanished, and she always somehow narrowly dodged my attacks," Ramiel replied. "She's still young, so it's impossible for her to have such extensive knowledge of a Law."
"On the contrary..." Rael coughed. "Nevermind. She didn't cheat. She beat you fair and square, and I suggest you keep true to your word, because if you don't, I'll scramble your brains and turn you into my puppet."
