Rael smiled and accepted her offer right away.
After all, how else would he calm his mind after what just happened?
Yet, seeing her now reminded him of the last time he saw her. She was beautiful back then, but now even more so.
I really need to wrap things up here fast so I can go see her again, Rael thought with a sigh as he took Melina's hand and stood up.
"Great, no more sulking until we're done with the dungeon," Melina said sternly.
"Yeah, yeah..." Rael replied and stepped forward, reaching the giant scarlet gate that would lead them to the next section.
He put his hand on the gate, and less than a second later, the gate opened.
An extremely strong gust of wind hit him, pushing him back slightly.
But right as he was about to bump into Melina, he caught himself and raised a brow.
"This looks new?"
"Mhm." Melina nodded. "I definitely feel someone strong in front of us. Or rather, two somebodies. They might be the elite monsters."
