Jamie was surprised at Leo's sudden shift in attitude. Why was he so angry all of a sudden.
Almost by instinct, Jamie launched themselves backwards as they looked at Leo with a look of confusion and apprehension. A droplet of cold sweat ran down their back as the murderous intent wafting from Leo filled the room.
"I asked you a question....what did you just say?....I'm the King of what?!". Jamie wanted to say something but their voice didn't come out. Or it couldn't as he realized that he was terrified.
His legs were trembling as Leo's green eyes burned with utter rage. Rachel had known that Jamie would have said something that would annoy Leo, but she had failed to realize that the people on a lower than themselves would view his rage the same way a mouse would view a cat.
Jamie started to hyper ventilate when when his brother Morgan appeared in front of him, blocking him from Leo's gaze.
