"That old man is quite smart" Lauryn said and paused. "Though, what I want is the same"
The person on the other end chuckled and said "He needs a daughter in-law he can control "
"And he thinks I'm the one?' Lauryn asked with a laugh.
"No matter what, be careful. The Fergus family is dangerous "
"Okay" Lauryn said and hung up.
She closed her eyes and rested her head on the seat.
"Ian, you are mine" she said and smiled confidently.

Katherine felt very fulfilled as she made Ian hang up in anger.
She turned on the television but didn't find anything interesting so she went back to ger room. She entered her lab and turned on Kal. She began working on something. She went out, collected three strands of kenneth hair, a piece of flesh and one of his T-shirt.
"Kal, are the materials ready?"
"Yes K. Its all done"
She put the hair in a machine and typed some codes. A black substance came out of the hair and she kept it aside. Then she took the flesh and did the same thing. The T-shirt was put in a larger machine and no liquid substance came out instead, a gaseous substance was received.
Katherine opened her phone and played a recording of Kenneth voice while Kal turned on another machine and the voice was recorded. She went out again and brought back his pointer finger,thumb,big toe and a cup of dried blood. She did the sane process for it and Kal turned on another machine. It was a huge one; a human sized machine.
She put the substances along with the blood in the space around the machine and tossed the T-shirt,thumb, pointer finger,toes,strands of hair and flesh.The machine closed and Katherine set what looked like a clock to 7.9 and another one that looked like a timer to 2 days and left the lab.
She laud on her bed and truedbto sleep but sleep didn't come. She took the brownish substance from her drawer, this time she didn't mix with water but licked it. Soon she fell asleep

Katherine woke up and looked at the time she got to and went into the kitchen, prepared noodles, took her car keys and phone and left the house. She had to go pick Kendra.
Katherine mind was not right and she drove at a very high speed disregarding the traffic lights. She didn't feel good since she cane out of the lab and she didn't know how to face Kendra.

Lauryn came out of the company with the management trailing after her with smiling faces. She had a air of pride around her and she gracefully entered the car.
"Ugh, such a snob" complained one if the higher-ups

Lauryn was feeling proud and thinking when she heard a loud sound and she was thrown forward with force. She raised her head and saw smoke.
"What happened?"
"It was a reckless driver ma'am "
Katherine came out of the car and sweared.
"Get your asses out here!" She banged on the bonnet of tha car irritating Lauryn. She came out and she saw Katherine looking angry.
Katherine was truly angry. This was her favourite car and now, the front has been smashed.
"Look here,this..." Lauryn wanted to talk but Katherine shut her up.
"Hey, I don't want stories,Compensate me"
(Seriously though, who should say that line 🙄)
