If there is one thing I am starting to love … is this.
Parties. Fun. Hidden clubs where the debauchery is far more than I can stand because I am sober.
"So you never told me what happened!" Teri shouts over the loud music as we thread our way inside the underground club. "What did he say after you confessed and told him you like him?"
"I never told him I like him," I lean in closer. "He did it first!"
"I need a drink and two for this," Teri laughs as we go to the bar. I don't know how he found this place, but teri is teri. He knows things, especially clubs where all kinds of people don't care who we are.
It's perfect.
When we finally get to the bar, the music here isn't as loud and we can talk without shouting.
"Can I trust you, or will you tell Kai who will tell Miko and get back to me?"
"I can tell Kai, but he won't tell Miko. I don't hide anything from him."
