Although the major ninja clans had given a large amount of money with the intention of appeasing the Senju princess,
Tsukuyo was still quite reliable when it came to getting things done.
Tsukuyo used this money to travel thousands of miles to the Land of Water, where she hired the Kaguya clan, who possessed a Kekkei Genkai, to come to the new clan lands and build houses.
The members of the Kaguya clan didn't understand Tsukuyo's request for them to use their Shikotsumyaku to erect building complexes, but because Tsukuyo paid so much and promised to help treat their hereditary disease, they agreed.
The Kaguya clan agreed to the commission.
For this mission, the Kaguya clan dispatched all of their members who had awakened the Shikotsumyaku to help Tsukuyo build.
Tsukuyo had Senju Hashirama use his Wood Release to move the forest from the selected site, then had others use Earth Release to level the surrounding mountains.
Once the land was ready for construction, Tsukuyo used her Sharingan's genjutsu to convey the shapes she required to the Kaguya clan members in charge of building.
The Kaguya clan's Shikotsumyaku allowed them to manipulate their own bones and control the calcium and metallic elements underground to form hard bones. After adding various metallic elements, these bones became even harder.
Tsukuyo didn't need this group of Kaguya to learn civil engineering.
She simply conveyed the required shapes to the Kaguya clan through three-dimensional images.
The Kaguya clan only needed to use their Shikotsumyaku to build the houses into that shape; they had no idea what the hell they were actually building.
But because Tsukuyo could cure the Kaguya clan's hereditary disease, it made them work with extraordinary diligence.
It took only a few days.
Tsukuyo worked this group of Kaguya to the bone, establishing a vast and magnificent ninja village complex.
Within these structures, the drainage and water supply systems, electrical conduits, gas pipelines, sewer system, and even the septic tank circulation system were all integral parts of the houses, making them vastly different from conventional buildings.
Many of the routes and pipelines wouldn't be used for years, or even decades, in the ninja world, and some might never be understood, but Tsukuyo built them in advance anyway.
Lacking knowledge of civil engineering, the Kaguya clan could only follow her instructions and produce the shapes she demanded.
Even after completing the commission and returning to the Land of Water,
most of the Kaguya who worked on this project would never understand the purpose of building in such a way.
For the Kaguya clan, the greatest reward from coming to the Senju lands to build wasn't just the high commission; it was that before they left, the hereditary disease that had plagued them would be completely cured.
Of course, this was a genetic problem. Even if it was cured now, it would inevitably recur in the future.
But if they wanted Senju Tsukuyo's help with treatment after that, they would have to pay a price.
The current Tsukuyo was no longer afraid of others knowing about her heaven-defying healing abilities.
As long as one was human, none could escape the cycle of birth, old age, sickness, and death.
While learning of her incredible healing ability, the world also knew that she was a powerhouse on par with her elder brother.
Senju Wakama watched silently. He knew that Tsukuyo had been treating the Kaguya clan for days and had probably already acquired the Shikotsumyaku Kekkei Genkai.
This was a one-and-done deal.
The next time she wanted to build something, Tsukuyo would only need to use Shikotsumyaku herself.
Tsukuyo had copied her brother Hashirama's Sage Body, so her probability of contracting the hereditary disease was extremely low compared to an ordinary Kaguya clan member. Moreover, she could heal herself.
This was a god playing a game in the human world.
No one could do anything to her.
In addition to the future residences for the major ninja clans, the new clan lands also included a magnificent leader's office building, a grand assembly hall, a large plaza, and neat, six-story residential areas with identical architectural styles.
Beyond that, there was a massive space extending three levels underground.
As Senju Wakama understood it, this was what he had seen in the modern otherworld as an underground parking garage, and a nuclear-proof one at that.
The vast basement was intricate and complex, taking the form of an underground garage from the modern otherworld. Pillars, parking spaces, and roadways were all arranged according to a specific pattern, creating a labyrinth that extended in all directions.
In the future, should any major disaster occur, these deep underground spaces would serve as shelters.
Furthermore, the drainage and water supply systems ran through these three levels, also integrated into the complex walls and pillars.
This involved knowledge of mechanics and chemistry—requirements that the pillars had to be a certain thickness and the pipes a certain width—which the Kaguya clan naturally did not understand.
Forget the Kaguya clan; even the most skilled artisans and craftsmen in the current ninja world wouldn't be able to comprehend it.
Below the third underground level was a reinforced foundation.
Once the new clan lands were established, their appearance and scale were terrifyingly massive.
If not for Tsukuyo's healing ability, this group of Kaguya builders would have been worked to death.
The exterior roads were also paved using Shikotsumyaku, with some soil sections left empty to serve as green belts.
Even every window was meticulously designed, with standard-sized grooves for inserting glass. After the glass was fitted, there was a mechanism to secure it.
Besides glass, the window grooves could also hold paper, tiles, or clay blocks of the appropriate size.
However, these materials were clearly not as effective as glass.
Tsukuyo, with her own power and in an extremely short amount of time, had the Kaguya clan transplant a modern metropolis into the ninja world.
Even Senju Wakama, who had already seen the world, couldn't help but be amazed.
The entire clan land area had been completely transformed.
It had a certain cyber-cultivation feel.
Each clan's district was built in a quaint, traditional style, each different from the next, but the buildings outside these districts were exceedingly modern.
The major ninja clans had thought they would have to wait a year or so, but they never expected Tsukuyo's work efficiency to be so high.
It wasn't long ago that she had shown them the empty plot of land where the buildings would be erected.
When they came again, it had already turned into a sprawling city.
The newly established ninja village covered a shockingly large area.
Moreover, all the clan lands were built with Shikotsumyaku, meaning all districts were tightly connected by bone.
No one was allowed to fight on them.
If someone broke one spot, it was equivalent to damaging the entire clan land complex.
Of course, the bone, mixed with various metals, was extremely hard.
The follow-up work required each clan's own members to paint these buildings, concealing their nature as being made of bone.
After quickly finishing the buildings' exteriors, Tsukuyo began supplying water and natural gas to the major ninja clans.
The Senju clan's septic tank circulation system was already quite mature.
The artificial hot spring, running 24 hours a day, year-round, had already proven this.
Now, everyone could bathe in the privacy of their own homes without spending money at a public bathhouse. They could even bathe multiple times a day, or even continuously.
As the clan lands had just been established, water and gas were not yet being charged for.
Everyone adapted quickly, feeling as though they had suddenly moved from ancient times to the modern era.
For now, there was no equipment to generate electricity, but Senju Wakama knew that day was not far off.
