One week later.
Inside an ordinary-looking building, a thick tension hung in the air. Standing before the building were two groups of men.
Each group stared at the other with fierce gazes. Their tattoos proclaimed their allegiance in a way that needed no words.
The group on the right belonged to the Black Spider Gang, while those on the left belonged to the Blood River Gang.
In the lower district, the lowest part of the city, these two were like tiny overlords. They ruled the underworld with iron fists.
Each carved its territory with blood.
More importantly, the two gangs were sworn enemies. They hated each other and fought almost every day.
To the lower district, they had become used to the death of gang members. It had become a normal sight.
But today, something strange was happening.
The two hateful gangs stood in front of an ordinary building in the lower district without slitting each other's throats.
