Gu Yunxuan lowered her head and didn't answer.
Gu Yunpeng sighed and explained for her, "Xuanxuan reads in the Aisiko virtual chatroom, you remember?"
Qin Siyang nodded, "Mm, right."
"The Aisiko chatroom is run by the Zhao family."
"Mm, right."
"Xuanxuan was about to marry Zhao Sifang, so she asked Zhao Sifang to help check where that anonymous poster 'She Yu' logged in from."
"Huh? That's not right," Qin Siyang frowned, "Aisiko's anonymous chatroom doesn't it hide addresses completely? How could Zhao Sifang trace it?"
Gu Yunpeng shrugged, "Anonymous is what they tell outsiders. Like how you, I, and Zhao Sifang didn't tell others about what was in the Ghost-faced Egrets' bellies."
"So what do they say internally?"
"They keep all the user data internally and never delete it, and Zhao family insiders guard it. So they can perform data searches."
"Aren't they afraid others will find out?"
"Of course the Zhao family knows they can't just casually search users' data, once they do, who would trust the Aisiko brand? So to avoid leaks and protect Aisiko's reputation, the permissions required to query data are very high, and so far there've been no problems."
Qin Siyang tightened his brow, "Permissions are very high? How high?"
"The surname Zhao."
"So only four people can query it?"
"Four? Besides Zhao Longteng, Zhao Longfei and Zhao Sifang, who else is there?"
"Little Zhao's aunt, Zhao Fengjun."
"Oh, you mean Director Zhao? She never treats herself as part of the Zhao family."
"Fine. So Little Zhao helped Gu Yunxuan find 'She Yu's' login location?"
"Yeah. Xuanxuan begged Zhao Sifang to help, and he agreed without a second thought. When Uncle Zhao heard it was for Xuanxuan and felt the data search wasn't important, he let it slide and approved it."
"Unbelievable!", Qin Siyang scowled coldly, "How can Little Zhao have no principles at all, he's simply so—"
He was about to call Zhao Sifang "blinded by lust," but suddenly realized the lust-blinder was standing right there, so he shut his mouth.
Zhao Sifang looked serious, and was also a fellow who'd forget reason for looks.
He took a deep breath and asked, "And then?"
"They found the address. Then they sent someone to that internet café to find the day's surveillance footage; from the footage they got her appearance, and from that they dug up her info. Xuanxuan admired the author so much that she remembered the author's face."
Then Gu Yunpeng puckered his lips, "So today in the lobby they saw her and recognized her at once, then went over to chat."
Qin Siyang couldn't help but comment, "How is this any different from k-pop fans who stalk stars?"
Upon hearing that, Gu Yunxuan bowed her head even lower.
Gu Yunpeng was awkward and didn't know what to say.
Wen Shu, however, put away her surprised expression and smiled at the two of them, "Qin Siyang, could you introduce these two friends to my grandma and me?"
Wen Shu's graciousness made Qin Siyang back down without pushing the matter further.
"All right."
"This is Gu Yunxuan, basically the boss-lady of Xuanxuan Clothing City. Beside her is her brother Gu Yunpeng, he and I are both vice presidents of the Zhao Chamber of Commerce. They're in our same class year."
Qin Siyang casually dropped their background, giving Wen Shu a basic understanding.
"Hello. Qin Siyang, you said they're in the same year as us, are they twins?"
"No. Gu Yunxuan is two years younger than us; she skipped two grades because she studied well."
Wen Shu nodded, her gaze friendly, "No wonder, she looks a little more youthful than us."
Gu Yunxuan said with a hint of shame, "You… you don't blame me?"
"Blame you?", Wen Shu smiled faintly, "I'm thrilled you like what I write, why would I blame you?"
"Really?", Gu Yunxuan relaxed immediately, admiration shining in her eyes.
"Mm."
Qin Siyang continued, "This is my high school classmate, Wen Shu. She helped me out with some things. She's going to study at Jiulong Academy, so I brought her and her grandma over first. They'll stay on the tenth floor of the guesthouse."
Gu Yunpeng looked puzzled, "I remember the college entrance results aren't out yet. How is she sure she'll get into Jiulong Academy? Qin Siyang, did you get her a quota?"
Gu Yunxuan snorted at Gu Yunpeng, "Don't underestimate her. Wen Shu placed second in the eight-state joint exam. Getting into Jiulong Academy is a sure thing."
After saying that she looked proud, as if being Wen Shu's fan made her share in the honor.
Qin Siyang and Wen Shu were both taken aback.
'Good grief, Gu Yunxuan even knows Wen Shu's exam score?'
'She really dug up everything!'
Gu Yunpeng helplessly covered his face.
His silly little sister was just unstoppable.
She didn't understand a bit of social nuance.
The atmosphere was awkward for a moment.
Seeing Wen Shu hadn't minded, Qin Siyang turned to ask, "Why did you two come to the guesthouse today?"
"Oh, I live downstairs from you, so I had some free time and came to drop off luggage and get used to the place."
"What about your luggage?"
"The Chamber helped carry it up; they're probably arranging the room now. Didn't the Chamber send people to help you move too?"
At that, Qin Siyang ground his back teeth and forced a smile, "Of course they helped me move too."
In his head he was cursing Zhao Longfei.
'Both of us are vice presidents, why does Gu Yunpeng get all the service while I'm left flying solo?'

"My parents are busy with matters and can't help us. I moved in today and Xuanxuan tagged along. She had nowhere to stay so I opened a room for her too."
"I was going to get settled and then find you to talk about recent matters, but we bumped into each other right in the lobby."
"By the way, Zhao Sifang should be here in a couple of days. We can talk more then. He has a plan about expanding Chamber business and competing with the three major chambers that he wants us to discuss."
Qin Siyang scratched his neck, "The three of us discussing Chamber plans? Don't we need to include the other two board members, his second uncle and your father, to discuss it first?"
"Oh, they looked it over and thought it was worth trying. They want us to take the lead and run with it."
Qin Siyang nodded, "Alright. They really trust the three of us. Honestly, in business I don't even trust myself that much."
"There's always a first time for everything," Gu Yunpeng shrugged, "Worst case we lose one crimson crystal."
"Lose one crimson crystal?", Qin Siyang was more puzzled, "Where would the Zhao Chamber get crimson crystals to reimburse?"
"You don't know? Second Uncle Zhao said that of the four pledged crimson crystals, one has already been secretly transferred to our Chamber by its holder."
"Damn it!"
Qin Siyang was about to curse when he caught sight of Wen Shu beside him and swallowed the words back.
His face looked like a monkey's butt.
