Gorund nodded at the truck as the garage door closed. "Where is he going?"
"I lended him my truck for the time being." Jace answered as he was frowning at the device he created. It could surpass the communication network. But it looked like the High Priestess was busy at the moment. He tossed it on his workbench before standing up and walking over to help Gorund. "He needed a way to get around since everything from public transportation to communication is down."
"You are not worried about this situation the colony station is in?" Gorund asked in surprise with a gruff chuckle.
Jace chuckled. "Nope. The Victorium are quite dangerous when they want to be. An example of this is that the position of High Priestess is not gained through political connections. In order to obtain the position you need to be a greater warrior and display a high-level of tactical thinking and preparedness."
