As the Samurai stepped forward Jace stepped back. He looked at the Khopesh for a moment before tossing it to the side. He moved further back and took the longsword that the Knight was using earlier. He decided he should use a weapon he was more familiar and experienced with.
Instead of chasing Jace, the Samurai took up a stance and watched Jace. Jace took a moment and observed the Samurai. This was going to be different. Neither of the other two warriors were going to interfere in the fight. But Jace could tell these fights would still be difficult.
Jace took up position opposite the Samurai. Then after a few seconds dashed forward with a sweeping strike. Instead of moving their body, the Samurai tilted his sword. Then when their two swords came in contact they redirected the force of Jace's strike. Causing him to fall off balance.
