For me, who was very close to her, it was an unparalleled shock. Even though I currently live in another city (I moved to my current city in 2019 in search of something better), she was always like a second mother to me. I lived with her for a long time, and the news was a blow that I really didn't expect.
I took time off work to attend her funeral in Bahia (I'm returning to São Paulo today—I live there now).
