Chapter 432 - 2

Chapter 128 The Scent of Trouble

(No matter how many times I watch this scene, it's so beautiful, it's heartbreaking.)

(Ahhh, pure love is so amazing!!!)

(A world-famous painting, so beautiful!)

(In detail, the clock tower separates them; time is their only obstacle.)

(Place a ring on the innocent elf's finger, so that she may be surrounded by love as vast as the sky for the rest of her life.)

(Ahhh, a golden wedding anniversary, this is so beautiful!)

(Great magic, it made my eyes full of water element, waah~)

(Left ring finger! It's the left ring finger!! Waaah, this is so sweet, pure love is invincible!! Syne Lin is invincible!!)

...

As the bell in the light screen slowly disappeared, the myriad realms finally came to their senses, and then chaos erupted throughout the myriad realms!

What did they see?! This is practically a marriage proposal!!!

Truly a hero! He easily accomplished what they wouldn't even dare to dream of.

Countless onlookers across the myriad realms reveled in the spectacle, much like witnessing a stranger's marriage proposal on the street.

Aside from a few individuals with distorted personalities, most people actually enjoy joining in on this kind of fun.

Moreover, Simmel's proposal was so pure and beautiful, it was the kind of love most people longed for, how could they not be excited?!

The world of Frilian, destroyed.

While the brave are still alive.

Haita and Aize looked at Simmel and asked if they had anything to say.

Simmel: ...Actually, he didn't expect the light screen to play this part.

Compared to Haita and Aize, who were grinning slyly on the sidelines, Simmel knew these were minor issues. What was truly giving him a headache was Frilian's situation...

Looking at the blue-eyed, white-haired elf, even Simmel was at a loss for what to do. Now, even the slow-witted elf should understand her own feelings.

Guangmu is right. If he could stay by her side forever, he wouldn't have buried his feelings for her deep in his heart...

Simmel shook her head. Since they were already exposed, there was no need to hide it. The hero gripped the hilt of his sword, took a deep breath, and mustered his courage to speak:

"Frilian, I…"

A gentle breeze rustled the twin-tailed elf's white hair as she listened quietly to the gentle hero's story. In the end, the two laughed heartily.

The dwarf and Haita exchanged a knowing smile; perhaps they really could attend a friend's wedding.

Whether the future holds sorrow remains to be seen, but at least for now, there are no regrets...

The Quintessential Quintuplets World.

The five sisters were also chattering away. Girls, after all, have absolutely no resistance to stories like Simmel and Frilian!

However, they really wanted to see Simmel and Frilian get married. Frilian would look so beautiful in her wedding dress, and Simmel would look so handsome in his suit. How dreamy that scene would be...

(Here I have to mention Miracle Bro, one of the Seven Sages of the Fallen, who is also the dream-fulfilling master of the world of Frilian. Hurry up and say thank you, Miracle Bro! *doge*)

The screen continues to display images.

Back to the present.

"Thank goodness you didn't give up, Ms. Frillie."

Frillie looked at the ring in her hand, gripped it tightly, placed it against her chest, and smiled gently:

"yes."

However, changing the subject, Frilian was still very curious as to why Philon was wearing a bracelet with a lotus pattern.

"Because Mr. Shutark is an idiot."

"That's so unfair..."

The cherry tomatoes have wilted again. Well, this pair is still super cute.

...…

Twenty-nine years after the death of Xin, in the northern kingdoms, at the Laobu Hills.

As night approached, Frilian and her friends ran into trouble; to put it simply, the entire village was asleep.

Frilian was rather indifferent to this kind of thing and planned to go directly to the next village. However, seeing that Philon was about to get angry, she started to find fault with Zain. In fact, she had already changed somewhat without realizing it...

Zain and Frilian quickly determined that the villagers were under a "curse".

Among the magic used by some monsters and demons, there are some that can put people to sleep or petrify them. These kinds of magics, which humans have not yet been able to explain, are called curses.

Humans use their magical skills to analyze the principles and methods of dispelling curses, while monks' goddess magic can solve them. Dealing with curses has always been a job that monks rely on for their livelihood.

According to Frilian, most of the goddess's magic is recorded in the holy book, which can only be used by the holder of the holy book. Moreover, the principles behind most of the magic are unknown, so it is not very interesting.

Moreover, without "aptitude," it would be difficult to use the goddess's magic. This aptitude also has the effect of resisting curses, which she remembered as "the goddess's blessing."

The test results for Zain are also in. Although it can be resolved, it's quite troublesome, so it's better to address the root cause directly.

"The source of the curse is a demon, and I've already calculated its location."

"Straightforward, I like that."

Frillie also agreed to the solution of addressing the root cause directly.

Bang!

Tomato was the first to succumb to the curse and faint.

(It feels like the difference between prayer and magic; one is hidden in the starry sky, and the other originates from faith.)

(Haita's blessing is the highest level, right?)

(Hero: Um, I was decisive too, can you say it to me once?)

(Facepalm and a mix of laughter and tears. Dude, your focus is definitely something else.)

(Zain is also very serious and reliable in battle.)

(fainted tomato, dog head)

(unbelievable)

...

Wan Jie understood; both systems have their own functions, and Fu Fu's explanation was quite clear.

Many worlds have similar settings, but they also began to wonder whether the goddess of the Frilian world actually exists.

It sounds like fiction, but it's everywhere, as if this person really exists. It's really intriguing.

The light screen playback continues.

Zain was helpless about Shutark's fainting; his magic could only keep him awake for five seconds.

Philon's complaints were as good as nothing.

That night, Philon couldn't hold on any longer and fell asleep.

Then Frilian covered Hutta and Philon with a white blanket, set up a protective shield, and the two of them slept together against the tree. Thumbs up, Frilian did a great job!

As they drew nearer, Frilian could no longer hold on. Drowsy, Frilian spoke softly to Zain:

"Zain, a monster appeared and called me. You can't fight alone, okay? I will definitely defeat it..."

Zain hurriedly turned around to remind her that his magic could only keep her awake for 5 seconds!

But Frillie was already asleep and couldn't hear.

After putting Frilian down, Zain also found the monster, a shiny-looking creature waving green leaves and a dark purple flower-shaped monster.

"A subspecies of the Chaos Flower!"

Zain instantly understood that it was this curse that had been cast, using the sleeping villagers as fertilizer, gradually eroding their magic until they died.

Chaos Flower can hybridize with local native plants to produce subspecies, but no matter how many variations there are, the weaknesses are the same!

"The Goddess's Three Shots!!"

Three golden beams of light shot out from the sacred text, directly attacking the core of its flower!

Clang! Clang! Clang!

All three beams of light were deflected. Zain couldn't believe it. This monster's body could reflect human images like a mirror, but he never expected it could also reflect magic.

Looking at the marks left by the reflective light gun that had just passed him, Zain was at a loss for what to do. Should he wake Frillie up?

She's a mage in the hero's party; if her magic is reflected, it could very well blow up the village and the forest!

There were only 5 seconds, not enough time to explain! And for him to understand Frilian, he simply didn't have enough time or trust with her!

Ultimately, he had no idea what Frillian was thinking.

However, he remembered what Bishop Haita had told him when he was a child. Haita believed that adventurers did not need consensus or mutual trust.

He said with a laugh that his former companion, Frilian, was particularly clumsy in this regard, so he chose to unilaterally believe what she said.

"She said she would definitely destroy the Demon King, and I believe her."

Thinking of Bishop Haita's kind face, Zain understood what to do. While dodging the giant vines of the Chaos Flower, he cast "Awakening and Curse Removal".

The holy book and the green magic in his hands shimmered.

"Frilian, attack only the core..."

Before he could finish speaking, Zain saw Frilian use a high-arc "murder magic" to precisely pierce the core of the Chaos Flower subspecies.

As the monster fell to the ground, Zain heard Freylian's calm voice:

"Okay, I understand."

On the other side, looking at Philon lying on top of her, Little Tomato was confused. What was going on?

With praise from the mature older women in the village, Zain left satisfied. According to Frilian, her intuition told her when she woke up that the monster had the ability to reflect magic.

However, thanks to Zain, she survived this time. Frilian skipped a little and patted Zain's head to express her praise. Two different types of mature older sister praising her in one day... How enviable! She gritted her teeth!

"The older sister in that village is so pretty..."

Zain still misses the older sister in the village more. Shutark was speechless. This guy is also very determined in some aspects and never forgets his original intention!

]

Chapter 129 Dancing Together

(I'm sure I'm right to trust mature older women, lol)

(Fou: She peeks out and disappears in a second. That's the composure and confidence of the older generation of magicians. Proudly hands on hips.)

(Zain was also thrilled, receiving two compliments from the older sister; he was envious.)

(The motivation for adventure, big sister, doge)

...

Crayon Shin-chan World.

"Big sister, big sister, beautiful big sister."

Upon seeing the older sister, Shinnosuke's old habits resurfaced.

Hiroshi Nohara clenched his fist and said seriously:

"Alright, in that case, I'll also embark on an adventure for my big sister!"

"Whoa~"

However, they seemed to have forgotten that Misae was still at home...

Thud! Thud!

After two powerful punches, the father and son, clutching the large bumps on their heads, quieted down.

The scene continues.

Twenty-nine years after the death of the hero Simmel, in the northern kingdoms, in the fortress city of Frisch.

Looking at the city ahead, Frilian said, "It's the transit station to the magical city of Vessus."

Philon sighed, "We've finally made it halfway. This journey has been so long!"

Frillie suggested they replenish their supplies first, but Philon wanted to remind them that their travel expenses...

Before Philen could finish speaking, a nobleman alighted from a carriage. A middle-aged man in a formal suit with dark red hair and a left eye covered by bangs, and an old man with white hair who looked like a butler, interrupted their conversation.

The two men looked at Hugh Tarek with scrutinizing eyes, touched him a few times, and praised his great physique and good looks, suggesting he come with them to the mansion.

So Shutark was conscripted...

The middle-aged man with one eye and red bangs is Lord Alden, one of the three great knightly families of the northern kingdoms.

Simply put, he needed Hugh Talke to play his son, who died in the war, and Hugh Talke looked exactly like his son.

Frillie initially disagreed, but after seeing Philon pull out her empty wallet, she decided to listen to the situation and adopt a flexible approach.

Lord Alden's son, Wilt, was killed in the melee along with an enemy general. Fortunately, apart from his butler and some close associates, no one else survived.

Three months later, a social dinner will be held, attended by dignitaries, and he needs to demonstrate that Wilt is still alive.

"And the compensation?"

Frillie asked calmly.

"Ten Strahl gold coins"

Philon whispered in Frilian's large ear:

"Enough for three meals a day plus dessert for a year."

Frilian: "We need to add a magic book."

Lord Alden said I could take any book from the library.

Because she was short of money and the offer was far too much, Frilian decisively sold Shutalk.

(What a subtle conversion method! Three meals a year plus dessert, lol)

(Lord Alden also came from the Warriors' Village, so he and Shutark are of the same lineage.)

(This bloodline power is too strong; his son is almost a carbon copy of Shutark.)

...

The people in the Pokémon world said they were definitely out of touch; the Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny families in their world had a truly terrifying bloodline.

Apart from family members and Xiaogang, almost no one could tell which one was from when they stood together.

Ahem, let's get back to the main topic.

The light screen playback continues.

He asked, "What about the scar on his head?"

The most noticeable difference between him and Wilt is probably the scar on his face from the beating he received from his master...

Lord Alden had already explained this, telling the public that it was an honorable wound.

Little Tomato lowered his head helplessly, realizing there was no way to avoid it. Philon comforted him, saying it was for travel expenses.

So Little Tomato was sold and began a life of wearing formal attire and learning equestrianism and dance.

Phyllis and Frilian were fine, drinking tea and eating desserts.

after a while.

Philon looked at the swaying, seemingly about to break Shutark.

"Mr. Shutark, how's the etiquette practice going?"

Hugh Tarek replied in a low, weak voice:

"It's like hell."

Then, in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, Hugh Tarker, dressed in a black tuxedo, knelt on one knee and gentlemanly lifted Philon's right hand with his left. The interplay of light and shadow in the window made the scene exceptionally beautiful.

"How about it?"

"It's not suitable for you."

Hearing what Philen said, Hugh Tarek also struggled to his feet and decided to go outside to get some fresh air.

Looking at the dejected Shutark, Philon stared at the hand Shutark was holding and fell into deep thought...

]

(Hehe, guess what Philon is thinking? (Dog head with flower in hand))

(I wish this was a ring, lol.)

(Tom: I'm not washing my hands!)

(It left a lingering aftertaste; Philon was probably tempted.)

(Feeling a bit awkward, funny face.)

...

Viewers from all realms commented that, compared to the stunning "proposal" scene between Simmel and Frilian, the Vegetable Group's kneeling was child's play; they held up this time!

Even so, many viewers felt that this kind of young love was quite nice, innocent yet sweet. But this isn't the end of the sweet romance lesson!

[Shutark stared blankly at Lord Alden's portrait in front of his son, and Little Tomato initially thought he was too indifferent.]

However, during the conversation, he learned that this was his son's last wish. Although it made him feel very uncomfortable, he still hoped that Shutark would carry it out to the end.

History repeats itself in surprising ways. While learning swordsmanship, Hugh Tarker met Lord Alden's second son, Mutter. Compared to his brother, he had no talent…

Shutark thought of himself; he wasn't exactly the same, but he was at least eight or nine out of ten similarities.

Although Lord Alden said his second son had no talent, his accumulated skills would never let him down, and Mutter would definitely become a warrior even stronger than him in the future!

Shutark smiled, hoping it would be better for him to say it to Mutter.

Lord Alden also looked somewhat helpless. He often said this to him, which may have made him complacent and prevented him from making any progress.

"That's a really big problem," Hugh Tarek remarked.

...

"Huh? I have to practice etiquette too?"

Lord Alden asked Philen if she thought it appropriate for her to attend the social dinner alone.

Or should we let Frillie, the "mother," participate?

Philon, holding donuts in both hands, looked completely bewildered when a boomerang struck him right between the eyebrows.

Afterwards, in order to wear the dress, Jimin was restricted from desserts, which is really... great. He learned something and lost weight at the same time, lol.

So, with nothing else to do, Fou continued her slacking off, drinking coffee and reading magic books, while Philon and Shutark continued practicing their dance.

On the day of the dinner.

Philon looked utterly miserable and said that this past month had been nothing short of hell.

"It's for the travel expenses," Hugh Tarek said calmly.

Philon felt somewhat guilty and then solemnly apologized to Hugh Tarek.

Shutark didn't pay much attention, but it was just a minor incident.

Dressed in a red aristocratic suit, Hugh Tarek knelt on one knee, extending his hand in a gentlemanly gesture, inviting Philon to dance.

"Since we've already practiced, let's dance."

Hugh Tarek said to Philon with a smile.

Wearing a pristine white gown, Philon placed her hand lightly on Shutalc's, and looking at the gentlemanly Shutalc, she chuckled, "It really doesn't suit you."

They danced to the accompaniment of a waltz.

Felen, who was not quite used to this kind of occasion, was initially a little uneasy, her eyes looking downcast.

Shutark also noticed Philen's unease, and slightly tightened his grip on her hand, using a large movement to guide the rhythm of the dance.

At the same time, the music rises and falls.

Philen and Shutark looked at each other, and seeing Shutark's sunny smile, Philen couldn't help but smile too.

The two twirled and swayed, Philon's white dress dancing gracefully, and Hugh Tarck exuding gentlemanly elegance. Their perfect harmony resembled that of a married couple, and their beautiful dance gradually became the focus of the ball.

However, it seems that at this moment, the two only have eyes for each other...

//Random Thoughts//

Let me write about a few things that everyone cares about.

First, the next two worlds will most likely be Haikyuu!! and Fox Spirit Matchmaker. I think I replied to that in some other thread. It will probably take a while to finish writing it.

If you don't like watching it, you can put it on your bookshelf and wait. I've finished watching all five seasons of Bungo Stray Dogs. How should I put it? My feelings are a bit complicated, but I've already made plans. I'll talk about it when I write about it later.

Second, I've finally finished writing about Frilian's most important scene, the one where Simmel "proposes." Originally, I put it there in the miscellaneous section, but I felt it would affect the reading experience, so I left it as is.

To be honest, I was thinking of splitting Frillie into two parts when I got to this point... but then I thought that would be too unethical, so I decided to just finish writing it.

Unfortunately, my writing skills aren't good enough to fully capture the shock I felt when I watched it. I rewatched that scene three times the first time I saw it... As for the dancing, I recommend watching anime; it's only truly amazing when it's accompanied by music!!

However, this means Frillie will have to write for a while longer. It's also difficult to cut this part; if too much is cut, it won't have the same feel. Please try to read it as much as you can. *facepalm*

Thirdly, there are some requests for me to write, which I have basically seen. There won't be any obscure or niche topics for the time being, but I will definitely write the ones I promised as long as I keep writing.

I think I promised to write about Under One Person, but I've almost forgotten. It's just a little delayed, but it will still happen eventually.

If you want me to write something, please post it multiple times in the comments section of the latest chapter. This will make it easier for me to remember when arranging the order.

Also, although I've watched a lot of anime, I'm definitely not as knowledgeable as a seasoned anime fan. There are many gaps in my knowledge, so some shows need to be reviewed. Just so you know.

For longer series like Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and Hunter x Hunter, we haven't finalized how to write them yet. We'll have to wait a while before discussing it further; there aren't any in the short term.

Hmm, this isn't filler text, it's all important, and the word count is already more than enough (^~^).
