Frontline Redemption: Maverick

If you're unaware that you've heard this before; nowadays people are born with genetic mutations that grant them superpowers, scientists call these genetic mutations "X-Factors". People born with these "X-factors" are presented with choices to become a hero or a villain, or a person that doesn't abide by either philosophies of a hero or villain, a "Maverick". Two brothers born with an X-Factor are sent to a school for delinquents that are to be reformed and re-enter society as law abiding heroes opened by the former number one X-Factor-less hero.
