(Author's POV)
"Ohhh~ …. Myra~ …. you are finally here," Amy clapped her hands together and got up from her seat when she saw Myra stepping inside the room. Sebastian got up as well; his posture remained upright.
Myra, with a stiff smile, greeted them formally, "Mrs. Garcia, Mr. Garcia, good evening."
"You don't need to be formal with us like that. Come, sit. Sit by my side," Amy chimed, a radiant smile gracing her maroon painted lips. Myra simply followed her words and settled beside Amy.
"My wife told me a lot about you, Ms. Miracle. How you helped Amy with picking up gifts for our children. I am very grateful for that," Sebastian added, though his tone remained aloof and cordial.
"Sir, I only accompanied Mrs. Garcia and nothing else. There is no need to thank me," Myra spoke curtly. After all, they couldn't even buy anything that day because of various incidents.
