"This calls for a punishment." Saying this, Alaric stared at her rosy lips. He sounded utterly sexy.
Myra's breath was hitched. Her entire body froze as he inched closer and closer. When their lips were just a couple of centimetres away, she somehow mustered up some courage and mumbled his name softly, "Al~aric~ …."
The sudden tenderness hit Alaric straight in the heart, melting it. His grip on her back loosened a little. Seeing the chance, Myra freed herself instantly and pushed him away. She then quickly picked up her package and scurried towards the main campus area, without looking back.
Alaric stood rooted, his eyes following her until she disappeared from his sight.
